Absolutely perfect stay in the heart of Lixouri! This house exceeded all expectations — immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with a stylish and modern touch, and incredibly convenient for everything you could need. It’s ideally located for exploring all the stunning nearby beaches, yet peaceful and quiet at night. What made it even more special was the thoughtful attention to families: the house was wonderfully equipped for a little toddler, with a comfy crib, toys, and little touches that made us feel completely at home. It’s clear the hosts truly care and go the extra mile. Highly recommended for anyone, including families — you’ll feel relaxed, welcomed, and truly taken care of in this lovely home. We can’t wait to visit again!

Fantastic stay :-) The house is very well accommodated by Spyros' wife, she thought of everything you might need. Everything is spotlessly clean, nice and big kitchen, really good bed etc.... The garden and places to sit and relax are really great. The location is superb because you live in a small street with greek people! The center is very close, it took us only a 5 minute walk. Please do not hesitate to book this place it is well worth it's money! The hosts are very friendly and communicate very good, if you have any questions they respond almost immediately! If we revisit Kefalonia we will go back there without any doubt :-)

Neofitos was very helpful and fast in responding. We got also some fruits and delicious greece food from him and his mother. The view from the appartment is great. You see some nice hills, the sea and the mountain.

This was villa 15 minutes outside of Lixouri and was the perfect choice for our Greek getaway. Its peaceful location on the hillside, with olive trees, firs, and oleanders, provided a tranquil and private atmosphere. The villa's is also quite close to a few small mini markets and a bar. The villa itself was beautiful and fully equipped with all the stuff you could need. It was clean and really comfortable. The pool was the highlight for us and our children. Plus it was a perfect temperature any time of day. We especially liked the outdoor patio area with its dining table, where we enjoyed many meals under the Greek sun. Any minor issues we had were quickly sorted by the host, who was super helpful and responsive. If you're seeking an authentic Greek experience, this villa is a must-stay. The occasional sounds of goats and sheep grazing in the nearby fields added to the rural charm. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic Greek holiday.
