5 stars, I have been to many airbnb and I must say that it is the most equipped I have been, nothing is missing to spend a few pleasant days with your family, 100% recommended.

The place is perfect for a tranquil stay: the sea is a few steps away, and the sunsets are extraordinary. Jennifer was extremely helpful and responsive when we needed. Recommended for traveling with family, friends, and even couples. We will definitely go back!

Excellent, rooms with super cool weather! The pool helped not have to go out for the boy who loves to be in the water, so it's an alternative to having to be on the beach every 2 hrs. There is an Oxxo 2 blocks away and the center is relatively close (5min by car). Definitive is a very viable option with everything you need to stay in the worry-free playita.

We loved the Accommodation. I travel with my family and everything was super good, from the cleanliness, the location, the tranquility of the area. Amir was always friendly and responsive. It's definitely a place we'll go back to!!

My family and I had a great stay - Mike’s place offered a beautiful, stunning view and was very peaceful. The private beach with the hammock was something we all took advantage of.

I really liked that they were always looking out for us. We had a problem with a lock and they responded quickly and fixed it so that we had no problems. I would stay again whenever I visit Merida without a doubt. And it has everything to make you breakfast/lunch whatever you want. 10/10 🫶🏻

The accommodation is as advertised, and it is very close to the beach, and for those who go as a family it has board games to spend time, only to buy groceries everything is a little far away but there is an excellent restaurant 3 blocks away from there is deli.

Amazing experience on the beach with my husband and my dogs! I loved Ross's house, everything was perfect. The house was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The beach was just a few steps away, which was ideal for enjoying the sun and the sea. We felt at home and were able to rest and enjoy nature. Ross's service was excellent. Totally recommended for those looking for a quiet and beautiful place to disconnect! We definitely plan to return soon ❤️

I loved this place, close to the beach, the apartments was very clean and well stocked kitchen, 20-25 min walk to town or quick with Uber , would definitely stay again !

Excellent place to stay, the place was super clean when you arrive, José gives you all kinds of information so you can move to different parts of the city, the bedroom was very comfortable and had all the services available to us, there are also many places nearby to eat and buy things if you want to cook. It's the best choice to stay in this place

The apartment was clean and smelled of clean! very well equipped! It has an optimal design and the facilities are nice, in good condition and with a very nice aesthetic. Miguel is very attentive and the manager David gave us a brief and clear explanation of the dynamics to follow. The sea is like 100 meters away and I would definitely stay there again! We had a great time! We were fortunate that there were few guests so we enjoyed the silence and stillness of the environment! THANK YOU!!!

All in all, exactly what we were looking for. The place is a clean contrast to the derelict nature of the neighborhood. Definitely not touristy, though in walking distance of the best maintained beach on the coast. I should know, I walked the whole coast in the surf. Quiet, lots of Canadians, some Australians, not a lot of nasty US folk to disturb the peace. Awesome paintings throughout the inside. The fact there's no TV was welcome declutter, we were there to rest, not keep our eyes tired. The wifi in bed is spotty, more incentive to rest instead of using smartphones. At the entrance, kitchen area the wifi signal is strong and bandwidth was enough for our needs. Even the wrong address isn't the fault of the host: the city rezoned recently and Airbnb hadn't yet updated the listed location. Ensure that you follow the directions provided by the host in his excellent communication, instead of the ones listed. If the water and beach were cleaner, I would see ourselves returning for more.

This place was wonderful, and I look forward to staying again in the near future! It had everything that we needed, and our host was extremely proactive about anything we had questions about in the area, as well as information related to checking in and checking out, so we could make the most of our stay. She was also able to take care of a few rowdy neighbors who were partying too loud, and that was very nice to experience because not all hosts do that.

The place is very nice, clean and functional, A/C in both rooms. The hosts are very friendly and attentive. It is just a few steps from the beach, although I personally did not like that beach because it was very small, the water almost reaches the buildings that are on the shore and that are in ruins. But the tourist area of beaches is 5 minutes away by car. Overall, very satisfied.

Incredible apartment, very nice and comfortable, just like in the photos. It has many amenities, the kitchen is very complete, it has too many utensils. In the bathroom, they leave shampoo and soap, have enough towels and an iron for clothes. The air conditioning works great, in general everything works well except for a TV that really did not affect our stay. On the balcony there is a super comfortable chair to spend the afternoon there, and you can see the pool. The pool is very comfortable, it has a height of approximately 1.2 meters. The beach is 1-2 minutes walk, however, (at least for me) there is an unpleasant smell in the entrance area and the area there is not very "adaptable" to be in the sea. In conclusion, I highly recommend it, it's worth it.

Luis's place exceeded our expectations! It was well decorated and comfortable with a beautiful pool and outdoor spaces. Luis was friendly and helpful too.

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.
