Eric, the owner is friendly and responsive. The listing is as described, clean and well-maintained. Pros: a large garden, distant neighbors, well equipped for entertaining (barbecue, pétanque foosball) and to accommodate children/infants. We had a great time with the family. We'll be happy to go back!
