Find a little bit of peace and tranquillity in our cosy, comfortable cottage. Situated in beautiful countryside, in the small hamlet of Etival, ideal for walking, cycling, or just relaxing in the sunshine. Off the beaten track, but just a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The circuit at Le Mans, is a 40 minute easy drive away. There are lots of nearby places to visit and enjoy. For example, Laval, Brulon lake and beach, Sille lake and beach, and the centre of Le Mans.

90 m² outbuilding adjoining the main residence: • Ground floor: 45 m² living space with kitchen and living room (sofa bed). • Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with private shower room and separate toilet: - Terra Cotta Room: Double bed (140 cm). - Blue Room: Double bed (180 cm) or 2 twin beds (90 cm) + single bed (80 cm). Exterior: Secure swimming pool (6 m × 12 m), open from May to September. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Your year-round heated indoor pool adjoining the living room will allow you to enjoy it in any season as well as the Nordic bath.

We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.
