Situated in beautiful countryside, in the small hamlet of Etival, ideal for walking, cycling, or just relaxing in the sunshine. Off the beaten track, but just a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The circuit at Le Mans, is a 40 minute easy drive away. There are lots of nearby places to visit and enjoy. For example, Laval, Brulon lake and beach, Sille lake and beach, and the centre of Le Mans.

Halfway between Mont St Michel and the Loire Valley castles! On a hiking trail, you will be comfortably housed in the quiet of the countryside and in complete independence. The accommodation benefits from games, books, balloons, and bath towels. This small house is attached to our home.

There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.
