This charming old townhouse from 1820 is located in the old hamlet of Arare, in the municipality of Plan les Ouates. It overlooks a quiet alley, offering a calm and intimate atmosphere. It has a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom as well as a private garden with terrace; the whole is located in our very large garden (in front of our house). You are a 3-min walk from the bus stops taking you directly to the lake, train station, old town and airport, 10 min from trams 12 and 17 and CEVA. Two adult bikes and children's bikes are available.
