A few minutes from Bulle and Gruyère, discover the region.

Le Perré

A quiet, independent apartment, ideally located on the lower ground floor of a recent family home, in the heart of Gruyère. Just 10 minutes from Bulle and the highway, enjoy a quiet setting in the countryside. Discover a multitude of activities nearby: skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, thermal baths, an indoor swimming pool, a lake, historical sites, walks, and local cuisine... everything is within easy reach! On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.
