Holiday rentals with a kayak in Cherokee Reservoir

We absolutely loved our stay and were so sad to leave. 4 families came for a softball tournament with 7 children total. The house was perfect! 4 bedrooms with a door and a play room with 4 bunk beds! The lake was beautiful, clean, peaceful and easily accessible. Plenty of toys to play in the cove on. I don’t love swimming in a lake but this one was so clean and enticing I couldn’t resist! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our first stay with them that we extended our stay with them. Stayed in two different locations. Couldn't have asked for a better host! Our first stay was on the lake. Host recommended different places for us. We had never been in the area. House had enough to entertain us that we only went shopping! Kitchen was amazing. It was just like as if I was home, but better! Second stay was a peaceful camper that had friendly neighbors as well. Camper was close enough to everything but secluded that it matched what we was looking for. Our dogs loved both locations as well. Was not a hassle or headache with the fur babies. To say the least we can not wait to stay again! We were already wanting to book another stay before we even left! Will definitely be booking again.

If you love quiet and the outdoors, this is definitely the house for you. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids loved using the paddle boat & kayaks. The dock is perfect to fish from, even in the rain. Night time fishing gets lively thanks to the green light on the dock. Tip, if you night time fish, use steel leaders or the Gar will snap your line every time.

This is a beautiful place to stay! The interior is excellently furnished is and very unique. The outdoor areas are perfectly maintained and it is so peaceful. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. Also, the host is so kind and helpful! We will be back to stay again many times!

Our family of 5, including 3 teenagers, had a lovely time at Alex’s home for spring break. The home was well maintained and had all the necessities needed. The location was perfect for us to unwind from our busy routines. Pleasing teenagers is one hard task but this house did the trick with fishing, paddle boards, and the hot tub. While there were enough bedrooms for each kid, they decided the bunk bed room was their favorite so they all stayed in there! Alex was very responsive to the questions we had during our stay. We would definitely consider coming back again!

Just spent 6 days at Jason's place and it was absolutely beautiful and peaceful enjoyed the lake. Spent with my husband's family and brought the dogs who enjoyed swimming! Definitely wld come back.. He also was very responsive to any and all my questions ahead of time and during our stay.

Bridget and Daniel’s home is beautiful and the direct view of the lake is very peaceful. We enjoyed the game room and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to eat. We were happy to stay at the house and enjoy family time mostly. And s’mores by the fire pit provided a fun time as well. We would definitely like to go back!

Jamie‘s home was amazing very peaceful, clean and smelled good. Had everything we needed ! Jamie even bought stuff to get breakfast started for us & s’mores for the camp fire I thought that was so sweet!! soo recommend❤️

my sister and I travel a lot and this was one of the best ever. they thought of so many details and we were so happy.

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The hot tub was fabulous after a long day of hiking or walking in town. There were so many extras not listed - coffee, creamer, spices, and snacks in the kitchen; shampoo, conditioner, hand soap in the bathrooms; laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. It was wonderful to arrive late at night and have a few comfort items to make it until the next morning. The beds were comfy with extra linens and plenty of towels in the bath. We loved our quiet evenings spent in the game room and around the fire pit. If you’re considering this property, just book it!

We enjoyed our 2nd time stay for the weekend. The house come equipped with the back essentials we needed. The back porch offers a beautiful view of the lake. the arean is calm and peaceful. Ashley was very responsive to get back with me. we would definitely stay again.

If I could change anything, I would let people know that the owner lives on site. That to me was an incredible perk. Very nice people. Made it feel more like home!

Really enjoyed our stay. Beds were super comfy. The house is spacious and the kitchen is one of the best stocked I've experienced in an Airbnb. Loved the screened in porch where I enjoyed my morning coffee by the fire table and watching the deer. Also enjoyed the fire ring near the end of the drive and a wonderful spacious piece of property. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the National Park are only about an hours drive. Most definitely would stay here again. It did not disappoint.

We had a wonderful stay! The lake views were absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed fishing and kayaking right from the property—it was such a peaceful and fun way to spend our time. The perfect place for relaxing by the water. The location was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb itself was spotless, comfortable, and even better than expected. It looks just like the pictures! Most of all, Jama was truly the best host I’ve ever had—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

We had such a Wonderful Thanksgiving weekend in Sneedville with our family! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us and our pups. It was exactly what we were looking for!! Such a cozy cottage with beautiful surroundings. Thank you for being so flexible with check in! We will be back in the spring for sure and for all of our other trips to Sneedville. Thank you again for everything!! ❤️

Our stay at Jeffrey’s Yourcation home was wonderful for our extended family weekend at Dollywood. Don’t hesitate to book this property. Large enough that we enjoyed our privacy with a kitchen that was the heart of the home. Well appointed with anything you need plus some. Pots and pans are stainless so don’t worry about scratched coatings. Kurig and trad coffee pot with enough coffee to get you started. Loads of seasonings too. The decks were superb, we had a 2yo and three dogs and felt comfortable with their safety as decks are accessible from inside only so no undue escapes. Jeffrey is a responsive host and available to answer any questions at a moments notice. A couple mattresses could use an update but all in all everyone slept well and loved the home. Our group ranged from 2 to 68 plus three dogs. A good time was had by all. Thanks Jeffrey.

The space was so beautiful. It was a perfect, romantic& grounding place to enjoy Tennessee.

Shad and Jill should run a Master's class on the best way to operate an Airbnb property! Everything was exceptional from the higher end appliances and bath fixtures to a completely and thoroughly stocked (pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, spices) kitchen. We have stayed in a sizable number of Airbnb properties and this one has set a higher bar for us...it was perfection. The pool and kayaks provided wonderful outdoor activities for the entire family of multi generational adults, 2 children and an infant. We were able cook delicious meals (grill included) and play board games on the wrap around porch. Morning coffee on the porch watching deer made a wonderful start to the day! Comfy beds, spacious common rooms and bedrooms. Large tables to gather for meals indoors and on the porch. More than abundant seating, lounges around pool area. Almost too many positives to list in this space. We plan on booking again next year! Highly recommend but please don't book our time 😊

We look forward to staying again next visit to the area. Dandridge is a place to fall for, the lake is serene, and the quiet is most appreciated. We were so busy relaxing that we didnt do all the things on our fun list so we will have to come visit again soon!

We all loved everything about the house and location. Secluded, on the top of a mountain, beautiful views, quiet and peaceful. The kids and adults loved the hot tub. Rooms were large and well furnished. The living room was big and comfortable and room for all of us to sit and visit. Fantastic!!!

We had an amazing time at River’s Edge. Caleb and Stacy were great hosts. They were very helpful and responsive. The front porch was a favorite spot for our group. The swing and the rockers were comfy as we relaxed and listened to the river. This Cabin is located in the perfect place because it feels like you are out in nature, but are also close to all the attractions. Thank you Caleb and Stacy!

Iryna was super helpful and always kept in communication with us whenever we had a question or concern. The place is in a perfect location not too far from stores, gas stations, restaurants, and local attractions but still peacefully away from any busy-ness. It's located up top a pretty steep hill (so keep that in mind when driving) with a nice view of the surrounding hills and nature. There's so much to do near the area, and the house had plenty of entertainment of its own for those lazy-stay-at-home-days. It also came well equipped with everything one would need to get by so no need to worry about overpacking. There is not much to complain about, and everything felt clean enough for the most part. It is spacious for bigger families which is a plus. A couple of minor improvements could be taken into consideration. Overall, this place is definitely worth the stay and we really enjoyed our time here. It was a true blessing!
