Holiday rentals with a patio in Denver

I'd definitely stay here again, Kyle's place was amazing felt right at home. Quiet location in downtown but close enough to everything you'd want to do downtown. very comprehensive host and very fast to get back to you on anything.

Inas and her place was absolutely fantastic. She was so incredibly responsive and the location and amenities were better than most 5 star hotels. Thank you so much for being such a lovely host.

We loved staying downtown - right at the end of the 16th Street Mall - and walked everywhere, even to Empower Field for the Coldplay concert! The in-and-out private parking space is amazing and the loft is extremely spacious and beautiful! We got spoiled here and can't wait to come back!

This was a great find. We had one small hiccup but Jaimi was more than accommodating and made our stay comfortable. She was responsive, kind, and has a very cute pup!

Max’s apartment was in the perfect RiNo location - surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. If you’re needing to go somewhere further, there were also tons of Ubers in the area so wait time was short. The apartment itself was clean, spacious for 2, and it was as pictured. Would recommend.

The place was perfect, extremely walkable area with lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. The parking spot is super helpful, though it is a little small if you have a larger size vehicle. The apartment itself is extremely clean and a great size for two people. Would definitely recommend!

This is my favorite place to stay in Arvada. Jessica‘s place has a comfortable bed, full kitchen and is in a great neighborhood.

This is such a cozy house. We had to be in town for 7 days for medical reasons. This home gave us a comfortable place to relax between appointments. The host was more than welcoming and took great care of us during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home for families, couples or anyone who needs a little more room than a hotel. Great overall experience.

Nice place for one person or a couple looking to explore Denver. Parking is easy and the place is cozy. The yard is nice too. I had coffee on the front patio a couple times. Some people in the comments have mentioned the neighborhood is sketchy but I didn't get that vibe at all. It seemed safe to me. The only drawback is the kitchenette instead of a kitchen, but it was sufficient to make a simple breakfast in the morning and then eat out for the remainder of my vacation.

The house was in a good neighborhood and had a great backyard. It was close to downtown and Tennyson Street. The beds were super comfy and kitchen and accoutrement were very functional.

Best host and air b and b ever . It is even better than the photos! Jenny made it so special for our son’s wedding. She is kind , loving and so wonderful! The neighborhood is just beautiful . I could not have been happier or more comfortable! It fit our entire family . All the small touches made it so special!

Such a clean place. It was perfect for a short trip to Denver to go to the zoo. We were able to walk there in 18 minutes. The only down side is the stairs leading to the front door. It was hard to carry the stroller, luggage and whatever else we needed to carry. But, still very doable! Would 100% stay there again. Thank you!!

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Nice amenities. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Enjoyed the outdoor patio. Hosts were very responsive and communicated very well with us. We had zero issues. Will definitely rebook as it’s just a couple blocks from where our son’s apartment is.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sarah’s place. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—close to great restaurants and just a short walk to Coors Field. It worked out so well for our trip, and the neighborhood had everything we needed. Sarah was a wonderful host—her communication was prompt, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in instructions were easy to follow. You can tell she really cares about making the experience smooth and enjoyable for her guests. Sonja was a friendly, responsive host. We went to a wedding in Thornton and this location was very close. It was very walkable. We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and just as described.

I've been wanting to get to Denver to explore the area to determine if this would be a good city to live - it was the right size and location for me to get a feel of the area. Kerri made sure I had all of the necessary instructions to get into the building and it was very easy to get in touch with her and she gave some great recommendations for places, many of which were confirmed by the tour guides that I had through the week. Her place was spotless and very quiet - at times I wondered if I was the only person on the floor and I was thankful it was a smaller property overall. Instructions and expectations were very clear and easy to follow. It is right on a light-rail line which makes getting into town super easy (load the RTD app on your phone) to get where you need/want. it checked many of the boxes for me. The only downside is if you have a car you'll have to contend with street parking and with the construction in the area it is challenging. Definitely would recommend!

Brians place was very clean and had everything we needed for our 4 week stay. We are a family of 3 and brought our two smalls dogs so it was a tight fit for us but the air bnb would be a perfect fit for 1-2 guests +pets comfortably. The first day we were there we ran into some issues with the air bnb (the tv wouldn’t work, the dryer needed an adjustment and the fridge filter needed to be changed). Upon messaging Brian, he came over asap and fixed the dryer, replaced the filter and bought a new tv. I would stay at any one of Brian’s air bnbs just due to him being a fantastic, attentive host! I know other reviews have mentioned the area seeming unsafe but for the most part we were left completely unbothered and it was quiet.

When I say Meg’s place matched the listing, I mean it was exactly as listed! The photos are entirely accurate and almost don’t do the place justice! For context, I moved to Colorado to start a new job, and needed a place to stay in the interim until I found a permanent residence, and Meg’s place was perfect. I stayed for a bit over 2 months. Well located, close to my new job, major interstates, shopping, food, and DEN. A good place for a new Coloradan to get the lay of the land. Check-in and out was a breeze, the place was immaculate, and both Meg and Kelvin were super responsive. Thermostat quit while I was there in the middle of a cold snap in January, replaced quickly. There are some reviews on this place that mention the firm bed, and it is rather firm. If you’re like me and you don’t care for a firm bed, be warned. If the firmer the better, this place cannot be beat. By the end, I will admit, I was definitely used to the firmness. Wonderful place, gracious hosts, would recommend!

overall a nice stay! we only stayed one night but the condo met our needs. the unit could use a little TLC, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch! wonderful and accommodating hosts were friendly and extremely responsive. very secure unit with 2 exterior doors locked for security.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay! The location in downtown Denver couldn’t be more perfect—walkable to everything. The space was beautifully decorated, super clean, and really well stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was seamless, and having convenient parking was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!
