Monthly Rentals in Chiaia

To begin, I have to start this review not on the house, but the hostess. Francesca is truly the best host I have ever had traveling through Italy for the last 10 years. She is kind, caring, informative, generous, talkative, and thinks of every detail. Fresh fruit on the kitchen table, coffee and a moka, eggs from her chickens, she even shared freshly made tiramisù and birthday cake with us! I feel that not only have I found the most awesome house on Ischia, but I made a new friend. Francesca is a SUPER~SUPER hostess. Now the house … the house is simply amazing! Starting with the terrace and the amazing sunsets we witnessed, the house is large and spacious and super clean. The kitchen is full equipped with everything to prepare a meal at home. The bedrooms are large and super spacious. Plenty of closet space to hang clothes, jackets, etc. The bathroom was perfect size, with shower/tub. Great towels and bed linens. Furniture is comfortable and modern. AC installed. Bella casa!

We have stayed at dozens of airbnbs and this is hands down the best one I have ever experienced. The view is STUNNING and the apartment itself was GORGEOUS…. Both even more incredible than the pictures. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes and has beautiful views the entire time. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a fully stocked market with everything you could want just a 3 minute walk. The bed was super comfy, a true American king sized bed and our kids said the pull out was comfortable as well. We will definitely come back to this apartment the next time we visit Italy.

Fantastic apartment in a wonderful location with beautiful views. The apartment was exactly what we needed and was in a great location for the beach and Forio town, with frequent buses around the island from the bottom of the street. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was equipped with all kitchen and cleaning essentials. The outdoor sitting area was a lovely bonus. Daniele was the best host I have come across. He was extremely friendly and very proactive before and during our stay, always being happy to answer questions. He provided us with great recommendations and helped us navigate the island. He went above and beyond by picking us up from the port. Couldn’t recommend Daniele and his apartment more. My only complaint is that we could not spend more time on Ischia!
