We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

A paved road that climbs into the woods leads in 10 minutes to the hamlet of Albone: we recommend a booking request – in the colder months – to be updated on the viability of the road itself.

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. You'll find the Skyroom, a tiny house with windows overlooking the lake, complete with a retractable transparent roof for admiring the sky. There's also a gazebo with a table and loungers, and a fully equipped bathroom, all for the exclusive use of the skyroom. A delicious breakfast is included, and for those who want it, an EXTRA is the private use of the lake-view jacuzzi

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.
