Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the solid wood doors, were restored and reused. With a lot of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created that is reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.

Wiesenwinkel is a lovingly and high-quality furnished apartment in warm natural tones with lots of wood. The central location is the perfect starting point for activities in and around Ruhpolding - even without a car. The 35 sqm apartment can accommodate 2 adults & 2 children (up to 12 years old) and is divided into a living-dining area with sofa bed, a separate bedroom and a shower room. There is also a private terrace with an outdoor seating area overlooking the Rauschberg.

The Leitnerhof is located on a hill above the Surtal in the middle of a rural landscape with meadows, forests and pastures in the beautiful Chiemgau, which invites you to go hiking and cycling. The Chiemsee can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, the Waginger See in 15 minutes. Salzburg can be seen from the farm and is only 30 km away. The winter sports resorts of Ruhpolding and Inzell can both be reached in 20 minutes and the Steinplatte ski area in 35 minutes.

You reach the newly built vacation home via your own staircase. Once here, you will find a 15 sqm roofed terrace with all the amenities for lounging, eating and sundowning.. On 50sqm living you can make yourself comfortable (2 adults, 2 children + baby).

Beautiful modern 62 square meter apartment in the heart of the picturesque village of Unterwössen. Modernly equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and stove. A small terrace, on which both the morning and evening sun shines, with table and chairs, as well as charcoal grill is also available. A romantic four-poster bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2 m) in the living area ensure a good night's sleep.

The apartment has a 40-inch flat-screen TV, an in-room safe, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer.

Tiny House Bergen Schwesterchen Welcome to our tiny house, which we built ourselves with a lot of love. We hope you feel just as comfortable as we do. Under the big roof is a second tiny house, "Brüderchen," which can also be booked via Airbnb. Both Tinys have their own terrace, but share a roof and a shared space in the middle with a washer and dryer as well as the large garden.
