During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The chalet, furnished in a contemporary, modern style, promises luxury and comfort in the midst of the green oasis of the architecturally masterfully landscaped garden in the Kipnick holiday home. The highlight is the large bathtub with whirlpool function in the living area. In this environment with elegant flair, relaxation and deceleration are guaranteed on vacation.

Beautiful 85 sqm apartment on the second floor of a family house. Two bedrooms, kitchenette in the hallway and living/dining room with lake view. After all the children were out of the house, we decided with Dad to make the upper floor of the parents' house available for guests. Season 21 is our first and we hope to have nice guest encounters. Couples, small families & non-smokers will hopefully feel as comfortable in the large apartment with mountain and lake views as we do when visiting home.
