Quiet 3-room apartment with a large balcony & access to the garden The apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly residential area, just about a 15-minute walk from the town center. In the summer, children play in the street, and people stroll past in a relaxed manner—an agreeable, established neighborhood with plenty of charm. Here, you can unwind wonderfully and enjoy a relaxing evening on the bench in front of the house after work.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on your mood. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
