We had absolutely an incredible experience at this place. The family of Alessio including Mary, Ivana, Gino and Forchetta was full of hospitality. Their house is on a hill looking over scenic landscape. Our space included every amenity and provided a peaceful experience for the time we spent here. We also had the opportunity to sit down with family and enjoy the home cooked meal by Ivana and wine by Gino. Mary was very knowledgeable and along with Alessio kept us entertained. We were lucky to have Alessio play his instrument for us over dinner which surprisingly he picked up only a short time ago. We had a rental car so made it very convenient to check out nearby places. We visited Ortona which was about 30 mins drive and rented bicycles to ride the infamous Costa deli Trabocchi and went for a swim in the mare. Overall our experience was beyond amazing and we would definitely recommend Alessio and his place.

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

Case Pensiero fully lives up to its name. It provides spacious, uncluttered accommodation in a fantastic location, inviting thinking and reflection. The vista from the bedroom and living room windows towards the Majella National Park is priceless. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, but all amenities are just a short drive away. Germano, who lives next door, is an excellent and responsive host who made our stay as perfect as it could be. We will definitely be back.

It was a wonderful vacation. The house is not large, but it has everything you need, including high-quality tap water that is safe to drink. There is a beautiful yard where you can relax. Nearby, there is a park, a supermarket, an inexpensive bar, and a pizzeria. The owners are very hospitable and can arrange transportation to/from the airport for a small fee upon prior agreement.

Loredana's house is quietly located without car traffic in the small town of Spoltore, below a small square and with a great terrace. View of the mountains. The town center can be reached in a few minutes with a bar, pizzeria and bakery and also a nice supermarket. The place is perfect for a quiet relaxing vacation. Very pleasant with furniture for the old house, but with all the modern necessities such as a good gas stove, large TV and quiet air conditioning. Loredana personally welcomed us and helped us a lot, especially in finding a doctor. Free parking above the house with a few stairs is easy. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the place and the house for 14 days.

Husband and I saw the little apartment on AirBnB after my daughter pointed it out. It was very clean when we arrived. It was perfect for our needs....3 months we stayed. Giordano was very helpful and checked in on us periodically. Comfy bed; good size closet/drawer space; 2 tvs w/many stations. Good workable kitchen; washing machine w/the European drying method-we loved it; very near the center of town to walk and near the bars at night which is great fun. Tigre food market 70 steps away. Only abt 4 blocks to the bus/train station where you can travel to many places in Italy. A small int'l airport nearby via taxi. It was all great. I'd recommend to anyone. We will be back.

Sergio was a fantastic host! He welcomed us with a smile in the house, offering us the exquisite harvest of his garden. In the house there was water, coffee, croissants and milk as well as numerous spices and oil. The house was very clean and very spacious. After three days, the towels were also changed. Sergio gave us information about the area and restaurants in the vicinity. Absolutely recommended!

The house is beautiful, super tidy and minimal... five minutes' walk from the sea... quiet area with excellent restaurants... host always responsive and friendly... with super flexible check-in and out... we will definitely be back... super great experience

Apartment with exceptional sea view! Clean, well-stocked, and well-furnished! Watching the sunrise from the garden was wonderful. A perfect stay for those looking for relaxation and beauty. Highly recommended!

Bruno was already very involved before the arrival and asked if we needed anything and if he should give us tips for the area. Even during our stay, Bruno was always available and responded quickly. The location is quiet and you can easily get from the airport to the accommodation, as well as to the city, beach and restaurants.

Small and beautiful apartment, equipped with everything you need. Very clean and equipped for any eventuality. A stone's throw from the sea, the center, and everything. Beautiful furnishings. This was a wonderful place for us to relax and wind down. Right near the beach and many fantastic restaurants, Gelato and Grocery stores. Alessandro made us feel welcome and right at home.

we spontaneously decided to stay 2 nights in Pescara. from the first moment on, Raffaele was super helpful and actively communicating with us. the apartment was very spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. also the kitchen provided everything necessary. The only little minus is the noise from the street which is a bit busy. but with windows closed it didn't bother us. we loved the time in Pescara and felt very at home in the apartment. strongly recommend Raffaeles place, he is a great host.

Great place to stay with my girlfriends for our little beach trip. Within walking distance to the beach, and centre of town. Couple of supermarkets nearby, plenty of space, two bathrooms, extremely clean. Needing a little TLC as property is an old Italian style apartment, but couldn’t fault it really. Excellent! The hosts are around the corner, easy to communicate with, beautiful and quiet. Large American style fridge freezer, kitchen has everything you need. They left some breakfast for us, water in the fridge, and what strike me the most the apartment was extremely clean!!!!! Large balcony, blackout rail in shades.. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy

Beautiful new apartment, very centrally located. The suite is in the ZTL zone so you cannot park there; however it was a short 10 minute walk to the central parking lot by the train station (which was also very cheap). Valentina had everything we could need in the apartment - it was well stocked with necessities for cooking as well as condiments in the fridge. We loved her place and highly recommend it! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Valentina!

We absolutely fell in love with Casa dell Bellazza! It truly touched our hearts and we will treasure the time we spent here listening to the birds, drinking wine and enjoying the evening. Monica is a fabulous host!!! She is so warm, kind and pays attention to details. We hope to return soon!

Giovanni’s apartment was fantastic. 30 second walk to the beach and restaurants 2 minute walk away. Apartment is renovated, clean, secure and easy to access. Highly recommend if you’re looking for beach holiday.

It was a wonderful weekend ( we immediately regretted that it was so short). Right from the start we were wonderfully looked after, Francesca was already waiting for us on the street, checking that we were ok. Thanks to her warm welcome despite my health problems, I knew straight away that it was going to be wonderful. Flat great, clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms!!! Water, magdalens, coffee everything is there to start the day well. Super fragrant toiletries in the shower, large towels. Sea view from the balcony.... Close to the beach. I recommend with all my heart and Francesca and the flat. We will 100% come back.😍🥰😍🥰

I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and care that Carmelina shows for the comfort of guests. The amenities were perfect, and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home. Short distance to the beach (5 min walking) or public transportation (3 min). It was a wonderful experience and we will certainly return when we have the chance again!

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.
