Apartment holiday rentals in Chincoteague

Identical to pictures! Beautiful rental in convenient location. The beach and boardwalk were easily walkable and having Fish Tales next door was convenient! My only suggestion would be is to bring an eye mask if you are a light sleeper, there are no shades on kitchen windows so it’s very bright in the early morning since it’s all connected. It helped us to get up and moving in the morning so we didn’t mind. Morgan was quick to reply to messages and a very gracious owner! We will definitely be back.

Great place for small kids. With a small, bay-side beach right outside and a short walk to the ocean it was a great location to have options to keep small children active. The afternoon trolly to Rehoboth boardwalk is half a block away and there are plenty of restaurants around to provided great walkability. We only needed the car for shopping and our selection of mini golf. The unit was perfect for our two children under 5. It was clean and had all the amenities to support our stay. The hose shower-head and washer/dryer was especially useful with small children. Host provided great instructions for anything unique to the space. Would stay again.

Jacki's place was a beautifully decorated and super clean 1 bedroom apartment with lots of space. The kitchen was nicely supplied with dishes, cooking items, and even coffee for the coffee machines! The bathroom shower was exceptional with it's tiled surface! A great place that we'd rent again! It was a great location for Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beaches!

Mandy was a wonderful host and the condo was perfect. We would certainly stay there again if we find ourselves on another trip to Ocean City.

Highly Recommend! Wonderful experience! Felt like a home away from home (only cleaner, better organized & beautiful decor! Loved the games & shed offerings! Home is spacious with excellent storage. I stayed with my 3 teen girls (I drove & brought a good amount of stuff! -- plenty of room!) We loved the deck! I had overthought this & compared to a million different properties from south to Rehoboth. Grateful I I chose this! The covered deck was incredible. I was nervous about it being covered & about being less private. I had no problems with with privacy on the deck. The deck being covered was amazing. When it rained, could be outside & enjoy. When sunny, still got sun and could have much needed shade. I'm a nature lover -- most incredible moon rise over the ocean, stars & sunrise and more. We ate out there, played games, enjoyed the hammock. Sofa bed is comfortable! The online photos are nice, but don't do justice. Great vibe! Laura is a 5 star Amazing Host! Love to Return Again! TY

This was my second time staying at Judy's for an organized bike ride, and it was as amazing as my first visit. It is a safe, comfy cozy space for a solo traveler - you feel the Ocean City vibes with a bit more peace and quiet. The parking is convenient, it's easy to come and go, and I always sleep so well and enjoy waking up to the sounds of birds. Not only was it perfect for my bike ride, but it's also so close to Ocean City, the boardwalk, great restaurants (like Sunset Grille!), and other shops/outlets. Judy is friendly and welcoming - thanks again for a wonderful time and I hope to make it for year 3 next spring, if not sooner!

I was so impressed with Kara’s condo. It was everything I hoped it would be. The decor is very nice and the kitchen is wonderful— modern, spacious, and containing anything you need for cooking or entertaining. The view of the ocean from the 19th floor is both spectacular and calming, whether on the spacious balcony or looking down through the bedroom’s floor to ceiling windows. The building is great. Everyone was friendly and this is a very nice part of Ocean City. Lastly, Kara was terrific. Kind and a great communicator. Plus check in was smooth. If you’re considering a two bedroom, two bathroom condo in this area, I highly recommend this listing!

Just got back from a week in Ocean City at Jimmy's place and it was fantastic! Great location, easy access to beach, nice pool and friendly/helpful staff on-site. As for Jimmy, he was incredibly responsive leading up to our stay and when we discovered upon our arrival that a couple light bulbs were out/missing, he came early the next morning and fixed them on the spot. We really appreciated his responsiveness and delightful manner. The condo is as-advertised and a great place to stay to enjoy Ocean City. We would gladly rent from Jimmy again in the future.

Fantastic stay for my wife and I's anniversary, host was incredibly kind, and the condo was everything we wanted and more! So close to the beach, and in such an easy to get to location! highly recommend

Kathy and Johns place had an easy check in process. The house is very nice and clean. It was just the right size for the 2 of us. The house is very clean and located mins from the beach. It rained two of the days we were there. We stayed in, the area is very quiet and relaxing. Kathy or John was very responsive if we had any questions. If we go back, I would love to stay here again.

This place is great for anyone that wants to enjoy the beach. There are several cool places and restaurants within walking distance and the house was in pristine condition when we came. The place had everything we needed and more. Great cooking supplies and tools, utensils, bedding, towel, everything. Super easy to get anything done.

It was a clean lovely apartment within walking distance of the beach. The bed was comfortable for us and the towels were some of the softest I have ever used. it was very nicely decorated. The big screen TV was wonderful. The only ocean view was outside on the landing by the front door where you could see the horizon. The beach was very nice.

Great place, great location, great amenities, the only thing that wasn’t great was the weather but the location and amenities of her place made our stay great. Did I say great? Lol.

This property was well appointed and very comfortable. The view from the unit was spectacular with views of Assateaque Island and Assawoman Bay. Loved being able to enjoy the sunsets. I appreciated the balcony shade so much in the afternoons. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed. Easy walk or bike ride to the boardwalk and inlet activities. The pool was private and well maintained. Would definitely consider booking again.

This place was perfect! Shannon, the host, truly thought of everything! She included a list of places to go and things to do, plenty of clean linens and fresh towels, a fully equipped kitchen, an umbrella and beach chairs, a clothing rack outside to easily hang wet bathing suits and towels, and the space was clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a weekend stay!

Such a beautiful place- decorated perfectly- with wonderful paintings-- and such amazing views! We loved the outdoor space- watching dolpins & sitting on private beach, watching blue herons & dolphins-- also walked to marina to enjoy the Tiki Windmill for dinner, & all around there.. Loved it all!

This was our 2nd time renting this unit. Condo was clean and well stocked. Location was perfect- walkable to beach, restaurants and bus stop. Tigran was a wonderful host - extremely responsive and helpful!

Condo was clean airy open beachy and felt like home. Location is close enough to beach to walk. You can walk into town as well. Or there are free shuttles and trams that come with the sea colony badge. All in all it’s a great stay great location and most importantly -relaxing!

Don was a great host. From the moment I arrived my dog Dizzie and I felt like valued guests. Don provided some great recommendations for things to do locally, and was always available if anything came up. The space was very clean and I could tell Don put a lot of effort into creating and maintaining it.

If you're looking for pure comfort, Jason's place is the perfect choice. Everything is very high-end, and the Beds and couches are the best you can find. Jason went out of his way to make sure our trip was as enjoyable as possible. We didn't have the best beach weather, so being able to have a comfortable place to relax and stare at the Ocean was perfect for our Father's Day trip. I would highly recommend Jason's home and hope to stay again.

My kids and I had a very awesome time, we love Ocean City and come every single year! Aditya’s condo was beautiful with spectacular views. Kids are still raving about the showers!! This was by far the best place we have stayed yet. Will definitely try to book again!!
