Front sitting room w/sofa + high-top table. A large upscale kitchen, two sofas in living room, 2 bdrms, & sleeping loft + a tiny office with a twin murphy bed. Large deck-table, sofa + grill. Family home, not ideal for more than 3 adults.

Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

This is a lovely space! 2 queen bedroom unit decorated with coastal charm, each with a door to the outside. Make-shift kitchen with microwave, small fridge, stoked Keuring coffee and tea bar, patio cooking area shared with upstairs unit, bbq grill, fantastic view, beach items, plenty of parking, private lane, very quiet out of the way of everything, super laid back host living in the other portion of the house.
