Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Choctawhatchee Bay

We rented this house for the weekend. We are local and knew the area well so it was exciting the house was available. I explained to Max what we were hoping to use the house for (Prom Weekend) and established open communication and trust. Myself and another mom were present at all times and the kids absolutely loved the pool, ping pong table and outdoor loungers. They bonded all weekend and will never forget the amazing weekend they had at the beach house. We had one small housekeeping issue that we noticed upon arrival, and I emailed Max who immediately sent an Instacart remedy along with a bunch of chocolates. Truly unexpected and so responsive. I really liked working with Max and found our stay to be memorable and wonderful. Thank you for an incredible time. I could not recommend this Airbnb rental more.

A great place to stay. A very quick walk to the beach. The private pool is awesome. Lots of space. The management was extremely responsive to all needs/questions.

The house was designed for entertaining yet it had quiet areas if someone needed some peace and quiet. The bedrooms were awesome with two master suite’s. The 6 bunk beds were extra larger which could accommodate comfortably a full grown person. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the patio was complete with 2 grill’s and a griddle as well as a refrigerator.

We stayed as snowbirds for 8 weeks. Enjoyed the quiet, safe neighborhood. Great proximity to Topsail park (my fave beach). The home has great bones/well maintained. The porches are an absolute delight. Being set back from the road and the privacy of the back is very nice. The amenities center was superb- beautiful pool. We did not utilize the bikes (brought our own) nor the golf cart. Nice to have on-site without having to arrange for rentals for vacationers. The only drawback is the chimney housing which the owner did send his handyman to put in a temporary fix- if it is windy the metal bends and is loud inside the home- especially the master suite. Full disclosure- I did complain and the owner offered monetary compensation which I turned down. I wanted it fixed not compensation- I’m not looking to make a buck from my stay. Owner is very responsive and has a home manual that describes everything which makes checking in and learning the home easy.

This place is exactly like the photos, and even nicer. The private suite upstairs was a treat. Well maintained, warm, felt like home. Host gave great instructions and was quick to respond. The golf cart was a huge plus! We only used our car once while we were here. I must add that the back windows provide a beautiful view of the bay. For bird enthusiasts, you can sit in the sunroom and bird watch. This place is 5 stars plus. Amazing!

Amazing home and pool! perfectly located on 30A, close to beach access and 15 min golf cart ride to either end of 30A but exceptionally private and serene. Overall a stunning home fit for family and friends to visit and responsive staff to tend to needs. only drawback was the pool guy and pest control showing up unannounced on two different occasions- that should have been communicated to us in advance.

An absolutely wonderful stay! Communication was incredible, and the was so lovely. Perfect for a summer getaway with your closest friends and family!

We were overall really impressed. There is only one thing I would change. All of the beds were comfortable EXCEPT THE KING. Time for a new king mattress or just add a 4” memory foam. Other than that it was absolutely amazing. Crystal was sweet and we enjoyed her company and the tour to show us how everything worked. Thanks for the extra paper towels and Wow, no one ever gives free laundry soap. Bathroom showers even had shampoo conditioner body wash in dispensers. Free Qtips! I could have left half the stuff I packed at home. The toys and noodles were a hit with the grands. The humongous mirror made the living room TV visible from anywhere! It was Way Cool! We will definitely be back!!! Thanks so much.

Eileen was a great host, her instructions made the check in easy and finding the property easy. The place was clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Very nice location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Would stay again!

Beautiful, very relaxing condo. My wife and I had a great time at Amy’s place. Everything we wanted to do and go to was within 10 minutes from the condo. A must stay!

My family and I had a perfect week at Melissa’s place. So convenient and easy for my kids and I to go to the pools and beach every day. Very clean, safe, and kitchen had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

We had a wonderful experience. The location was nice, it had a beautiful view of the beach, and it was clean. All of the little details, including the snacks and vinyl collection, were appreciated as well. Benton also let us check in a couple of hours early which was very convenient for us.

We really enjoyed this condo! The view was amazing the pictures were exact. The town is lovely the space was accommodating for 6 adults one teenager and one infant. We definitely recommend and would stay here again

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The owners had a beautiful comfortable place for us to enjoy our vacation. The rooms were spacious and their were two rooms with a master bath. They have a enclosed garage and one extra parking spot and an overflow lot for extra guests. The outside patio was spacious and had nice patio furniture all around the open living kitchen and lounging areas. The access to the beach was only a 5 minute walk. I would have to say that our stay was worth every cent we spent and look forward to staying here again.

Very nice place, and plenty of room for our family on 7. Kacy was excellent host, very friendly and responsive.

Unit hard to find other than that it was Perfect

Sandestin is a class A place to stay. We always feel safe and welcome! The home was PERFECT close to everything. The golf cart was a super bonus!
