Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of two houses set in 6 acres of private land. We can accommodate up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests exclusive and flexible use of the many public and private areas - perfect for multi generational family use. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). Guests have the use of our 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and the parkland.

Le Gîte du Bois Brillant est une maison meublée, idéalement située à Couffé entre Ancenis et Nantes en Loire Atlantique (44) et à proximité de la sortie d’autoroute A10 et des grandes voies d'accès. A quelques kilomètres de Nantes et la Loire, ce lieu sera parfait pour découvrir la région (Châteaux de la Loire, Machines de Nantes, La Loire à Vélo, les randonnées, la côte Atlantique à 1 heure , les parcs à thèmes : Zoo de la Boissière du Doré, Natural Parc, Terrabotanica, Puy du Fou,.....)

Logement non partagé, en sous-sol semi enterré, avec accès indépendant, comprenant chambre, cuisine et wc/salle de bain. Réservation pour 2 nuits minimum. A moins de 20 minutes du Puy du Fou, vous séjournez dans un cadre de verdure et de calme. Vous apprécierez tout particulièrement la fraîcheur du logement après une longue journée estivale. Chauffage réconfortant au printemps et en automne. Petit déjeuner EN OPTION (6€/pers/jour, à régler directement à l'hôte), servi de 7h à 10h30.

C'est une maison spacieuse de 200 M2 de surface habitable donnant sur un jardin attenant à la maison avec table extérieure. Ce cadre est idéal pour prendre vos petit-déjeuners ou repas ensoleillés et lire en toute tranquillité à l'ombre des arbres centenaires. La maison est à l'abri des regards, nichée derrière un portail fermé. Ce cadre de maison de famille de style est idéal pour un weekend en famille.
