The cottage is located on the road to the Grainetière Abbey, about 700 m from the RD 160 (LA ROCHE-SUR-YON-CHOLET). 5 km from the locality, there is Lake Tricherie in MESNARD-LA-BAROTIERE. Le Puy du Fou, located in the municipality of LES ÉPESSES, is 16 km away.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
