The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.

Je dřevěný, je pohodlný, je v zahradě. Na venkově na Vysočině jsem pro svoji rodinu postavil moderní chalupu zasvěcenou odpočinku. Ponořená do klidu zahrady s kusem přírody. Sad, rybníčky, neomezený prostor. Toto místo jsme věnovali klidu a relaxaci bez televize. Privátní koupací sud (nemá funkci vířivky) a sauna jsou Vám k dispozici za dodatečný poplatek 500 a 800 Kč za 1 vytopení.
