If you’re looking for a complete escape from reality… this is the place for you. It’s beautiful, quiet, there’s no loud noises, traffic, or annoying neighbors. Just the ocean, nature and a tranquil place to reset. We saw Hawksbill sea turtles laying their eggs, flamingos flying over head, crabs running sideways, and geckos calling to each other all around. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend staying here.

Came for a girls trip and we had the best time. The house is nice and the ac in the rooms work well. We spent the entire trip by the pool and on the beach. The cabana is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the beach. We had someone cook for us while we were there and just ran to the store for snacks and anything we needed. Maria was easy to communicate with and assisted us with any request we had. This was the perfect beach getaway. I would definitely go back!

Gorgeous property, Would definitely recommend this AirBnb. It is in a great location close to all the main plazas and in a great Community. The pictures don’t do this property justice, it is way better in person. Very peaceful and if you want to disconnect from the world and connect to nature and find yourself this is definitely the property to do so. Fernanda is also amazing, very helpful throughout our stay and would communicate rapidly. Thank you Fernanda will definitely come back to this Property on my next trip.

Very nice quiet place to rest and be with your family. Everything is very clean and comfortable, in addition to having a card for access to Playa club. The communication from the beginning was very clear and I was always aware of my questions for messages.

Super well located, close to restaurants. Very comfortable and clean. A few leaves fall into the pool, but it's a great advantage that it has shade.

What an incredible stay! Stayed 5 nights and wish it could have been more. The place is fabulous looks even better in person, feels like a mini oasis with the wonderfully designed pool and outdoor space. No complaints and will def be staying here again.

Staying at Greg’s home was an absolute delight. The property beautifully marries traditional Yucatecan architecture with modern comforts, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The high ceilings and colorful tilework reflect the region’s rich heritage, while the thoughtfully curated furnishings add a touch of contemporary elegance.  One of the standout features is the lush courtyard, which offers a tranquil escape from the bustling city. The pool area, surrounded by vibrant greenery, became our favorite spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Inside, the rooms are spacious and airy, with ample natural light filtering through the large windows. Greg was an exceptional host—attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready with recommendations to enhance our stay. The home’s location on Calle 75 is ideal, placing us within walking distance of Mérida’s historic centro, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat.

Very nice place, we really enjoyed entering a very different world, the house transports you to a peaceful environment! Everything is very clean and the location is excellent, very close to Paseo Montejo. As well as the host Mario, very attentive and very flexible. I would definitely come back:)

I want to thank Kurt for the great stay we had in Merida! He was very responsive and gave helpful advice/recommendations for our trip. The pool was very relaxing and we enjoyed the pickleball court as well.

The bedroom is as in the listing and the location is excellent for activities or going for a walk. Perfect for relaxing. I would definitely stay there again. (Small details: the bathroom sink key was very far away, which made the water go out to the bar if it did not open completely/ The drain of the bathroom in the shower drained very slowly the water, which made it get stuck when bathing/passing the sounds of the place, so you usually hear a little noise from the neighbors)

Alejandro's apartment is ideal for a visit north of Mérida. The area is super quiet, away from roads so silence and calm are ideal. It has everything!! cooked with the essentials, all very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

A very peaceful and complete place in everything you can occupy

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at J R's place. It was just as described at a reasonable price. Well cared for and private, with a stunning balcony right on the Gulf of Mexico. Diana greeted us and showed us around. Her pride in the property was obvious. J R was away for the first few days of our visit, but was in constant contact, as needed. The property was extremely clean. We appreciated the AC on the hottest days, and the beautiful surroundings every day. The local shops and restaurants of Chelem are a short walk away. Chuburna and Progreso are nearby. Would definitely return!

excellent location, a really beautiful apartment, we spent 8 days for my husband's recovery and it was amazing to 🫢 wake up and see the lake. Wow, that's priceless, an incredibly beautiful view, we could go for a quiet walk. I felt at home and Charito's attention was wonderful, she was always attentive, and when I had any questions she answered quickly, she was very kind and friendly. Rating 11 out of 10. When I return to Merida I will definitely stay here.

Nice place, very clean and peaceful. Roxana was very responsive and friendly. A little far away from the new boulevard if you don’t have a car.
