We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to the 5 stars Alpine Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Cozy 2 room apartment 36 m² with separate entrance. The bedroom is in the attic on the second floor. Bed size: two mattresses 1.80 m x 2 m. A pull-out sofa bed for another person is located in the living/kitchen area. Wi-Fi and parking are included in the price. Additional costs to be paid locally in cash Tourist tax: 5.50 per adult/night, 2.60 per child/night (6-12 years). Guest card benefits, free use of train and bus from Küblis - Davos.

The apartment (30 m²) is part of a single-family home, which was completed in December 2018 and has its own entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen incl. a dishwasher, as well as full equipment to prepare magical menus. A small toilet with sink and a separate shower offer every comfort you could wish for on vacation. Shuttle to the mountain railways, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5 minutes, Caumasee is a 15-minute walk away.

Erschlossen bis auf über 3000 Höhenmeter ist es absolut schneesicher und bietet viel Abwechslung für Skifahrer und Snowboarder. Die romantische und grosszügige Wohnung eignet sich für Paare aber auch für kleine Familien. Direkt hinter dem Haus ist die Haltestelle des Shuttle-Buses, welcher euch ins Ski- und Wandergebiet befördert.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Apartment with roof terrace and garden

The spacious apartment with balcony is located on the third floor of the B&B and can accommodate up to 3 people. The fantastic roof terrace with mountain views conveys a pure holiday feeling. A homemade breakfast can also be booked directly on site (if the B&B is open). For bookings for 4-5 people, another bedroom with a king size bed can be rented next door (separate listing).

Vacation home "cozy"

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.

This stylishly furnished studio is quietly yet centrally located in Flims Waldhaus – just steps from the bus stop and the idyllic walk to the famous Caumasee.
