This cosy peaceful cottage is situated in an elevated position in the beautiful Shropshire hills in an AONB. It is a lovely place for walkers or cyclists alike or just for a haven to unwind . There is a private garden space which is ideal to enjoy some al fresco drinks and BBQ and a conservatory, perfect for spotting the birds feeding . We are blessed with no light pollution and the night skies are amazing and we enjoy an abundance of wildlife with curlews , hedgehogs , bats to name but a few.

The Garden Room is a private, cosy apartment set in an isolated location just off the Portway between Stiperstones and Betchcott Hill, perfect for visitors looking to explore the beautiful Shropshire countryside. It has a spring-fed natural pond (ideal for a bracing dip), a king size bed, plenty of hot water and reliable wifi. It's lovely up here this time of year with huge flocks of starlings, redwings and fieldfares, owls at night and deer coming to the woods' edge on early frosty mornings.

Small barn in the midst of a working Dairy and sheep farm right next to our home with fabulous walks all around. Double bed with small shower room and mini kitchen area in the corner of the room. Ideal as walking base or base when working in the area. Good parking just outside the barn - vehicles can be left whilst you walk the glorious hills around. Cooked breakfast available in the dining room in the farmhouse for £10 per person - includes the choice of sausage, bacon, eggs etc.

Rural retreat with beautiful views.

This is a great location for lovers of both town and country. Only a short distance to the magnificent Shropshire Hills which offer excellent hiking and cycling and also only a short drive to Shrewsbury Town Centre which is famous for its medieval buildings, Norman castle and Abbey. The town is great for shopping and socialising and hosts a large number of independent retailers, excellent restaurants, traditional pubs and cocktail bars. We have good internet access.
