The 1300 sqm plot and 80 sqm house (for max. 8 people) are available for guests. The cottage has a bathroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace, two rooms upstairs, parking, fire pit and barbecue, trampoline, Jacuzzi, sauna. The river is 200 meters away. In the autumn and winter season, the cottage is heated by a fireplace and additional stoves. There may be temperature differences.

Inside you will find everything you need to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the Sleepy cottage you will find 4 sleeping places, a sofa for reading books in front of the fireplace, a kitchenette and an equipped kitchen. There is also a small bedroom on the ground floor, and on the mezzanine there is a second bed and a reading corner with a view of the horizon.

The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax with us without your children or anyone else's. We are happy to accept well-behaved pets. The minimum rental period is two nights. It is an ideal place for active people - the opportunity to practice sports, cycling, running on gravel, kayaking. If you prefer to spend your time less actively, Leonówka offers guests peace in a hammock, which disturbs the croaking of frogs. For lovers of relaxation, we offer a wood-fired Jacuzzi and sauna. After such relaxation, you can sit by the atmospheric fireplace.

"Szumią Wierzby" is a year-round house for rent located an hour from Warsaw, on a large, fenced plot. We want to share with you the best of idyllic country life! The house is located on a former settlement, in the valley of the Wkra River, to which we have 250m. Guests have exclusive access to a house with a usable attic of 90m2 on a large, fenced plot (3000m2). There are two bedrooms with large beds (140 cm and 160 cm) + a third bedroom with a comfortable sofa (90 cm)
