Equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a new bathroom, a water heater, a fully equipped kitchen, a 50" smart TV, a washing machine, and a small heater. Pets allowed. Parking on the side of the road. Smoking and parties are prohibited. Please keep the place tidy and clean. No noise after 11:00 PM.

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.
