Si vous aimez le charme de l’ancien, ce lieu est fait pour vous. À 100m de l’abbaye aux dames, dans une petite rue calme, l'hypercentre est à moins de 10 mn à pied : quartier du Vaugueux, port, château, ... Le stationnement est gratuit dans le quartier. Nous habitons à côté et pourrons facilement vous venir en aide si besoin.

At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

It is located on the 2nd floor and has been furnished to make you feel comfortable and so you can easily enjoy the different spaces: sleeping area, living room, dining area. At the foot of the building, you will find all types of shops, restaurants, bars, bakery, supermarket. Nearby: Town Hall, Men's Abbey, Place Saint-Sauveur, Castle

Furnished cottage for 4 people night/week/month

Village very well located on Caen axis (8 min ring road, 20 min Caen center)/Falaise (20 min), 25 min Ouistreham, 40 min Arromanches, 30 min Suisse Normande (Clécy). Garden area with table and chairs to enjoy meals under the Normandy sun! Those intolerant to the songs of chickens should refrain, the cottage is close to a hen house, which can be a nuisance for people not used to or refractory to country noises. No wifi - 4G network

Beautiful master suite on the ground floor, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, bathroom with toilet. Adjacent, a small kitchen (this is our back kitchen) with a dining area, fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker complete the whole. A bay window overlooks the garden, a terrace with a table, chairs for sunny days. Access to the suite is independent of the house for everyone's privacy.

Charming refurbished studio. It has a real sleeping area with a queen size bed (160 x 200). A fitted and equipped kitchen. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Molotov account provided. To make your night or stay more enjoyable, bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can also relax in the small private garden that is not overlooked and equipped with a charcoal barbecue. Parking in a closed private courtyard with a gate.

Facing south and west, you will be charmed by its brightness. Pleasant and functional, it consists of a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Pleasant 29 m2 studio, quiet, free private parking. Overlooking a cul-de-sac with nice views of private gardens. Green spaces "Jardin des Plantes", "Vallée des Jardins" nearby. Close to the city center, bars, restaurants (14-min walk to the pedestrian square Saint-Sauveur) and shops (supermarket 8-min walk). Great for a peaceful stay for couples, families or for a business trip.
