L'appartamento di Anna di pulito, accogliente e ha tutto il necessario sia per un breve che per un lungo soggiorno. Posizione tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge e dalla stupenda ciclabile che vale la pena fare. Siamo stati accolti da Luca, persona molto gentile e accogliente. Flessibilità sia sul check-in che il check-out. Esperienza davvero super positiva e consigliata!

Wir haben eine Woche in dem schönen Apartment von Yvonne verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das beste ist aber die Aussicht vom Balkon! Hier haben wir viele Abende verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Aktivitäten. Man ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 min. am Strand, einige Wanderwege starten direkt vor dem Haus und mit dem Zug braucht man von Alassio aus nur eine gute Stunde nach Genua. Ruben hat uns sehr nett empfangen und alles erklärt. Außerdem stand er immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

We loved our stay at Nina’s place in Cap D’ail. I had a last minute cancellation with another airbnb and booked very last minute with Nina- she was so quick to respond and so helpful to get us into her place. The view was gorgeous and it was very clean. She clearly has attention to every detail and made it a very special stay. There were chocolates, wine, and a hand written note upon our arrival. She also has very clear instructions for how to get in. Would love to stay again in the future!

Beautiful place, incredibly serene. Better than the pictures. The view is gorgeous. Love having three bathrooms too. The balcony is where you will want to always be. And we loved Coco beach club which you can walk to easily! Super spot!!

Wohnung war einfach klasse. Alles da, gute Küche, gemütliches Bett, feines Bad. Die Aussicht ein Traum. Der Schirm könnte etwas größer sein, ab 10:00 den ganzen Tag Sonne auf dem Balkon. Aber das ist natürlich ein Luxusproblem. Tips: Also wer bei normaler Konstitution ist und einen Fahrradurlaub machen möchte, es sollte schon ein EBike sein. es geht doch gehörig den Berg hoch. Die Garage ist für die bikes super und fast direkt am Stellplatz. Das Restaurant im Ort Pompeiana hat uns jetzt nicht so gefallen. Es lohnt sich grundsätzlich über den Preis für die Liegen am Strand zu verhandeln. Der Fahrradweg ist sehr schön. Ist jetzt aktuell ein kurzes Stück bei Riva Ligure gesperrt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Tolle Unterkunft, mitten in der Stadt, zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dennoch sehr ruhige Nächte gehabt. Die perfekte Unterkunft, um Sanremo zu erleben. Sehr netter Gastgeber!

Alloggio esattamente come descritto in magica location, dotato di ogni comfort e suppellettile in cucina, letto comodo, splendido balcone-terrazzo con vista...il tutto nella calma più assoluta. Paola rapida nelle risposte, precisa e disponibile, inoltre abita a cinquanta metri quindi per ogni eventuale problema si può contare su un suo intervento. Rapporto prezzo/qualità strepitoso, appartamento da non lasciarsi scappare!!!

Posto stupendo, in mezzo alla natura e super tranquillo, con il fiume che scorre al di la della strada e di notte ti accompagna dolcemente nel sonno. Veranda dove puoi pranzare o cenare stupenda. Gli host sono sempre pronti ad aiutarti in caso di bisogno Jack il loro cane è magnifico. Siamo stati superbene e consiglio a tutti di conoscere questa parte della Liguria che merita veramente.

Tout a été parfait ! La maison était magnifique, l’endroit superbe avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Très paisible, idéal pour se détendre. Le parking sur place est un vrai plus. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, je recommande à 100 % et nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt – alles war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Laurent war hervorragend: schnell, herzlich und unkompliziert. Ein großes Dankeschön für den rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Check in was extremely easy and Dina was available to answer all questions and offer assistance when needed. Location is perfect - a 20 min walk to the train station and very close to the Casino and pedestrian shopping area. The apartment was spacious for my family of 4. Dina has thought of everything for the apartment - fresh cookies when we arrived, coffee and coffee maker, an assortment of shampoos/body washes/lotions, umbrellas if needed, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Very private apartment; we felt very safe and secure. A++++!!

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Séjour au delà de nos attentes. Trois étages à monter sans ascenseur, mais à l ouverture de la porte de l appartement, OUAH la vue!!!!!!! Splendide, magnifique. L appartement edt d une belle grandeur avec tous le nécessaire. Une propreté irréprochable!!! Marco a été réactif et nous a donné des adresses. A cette époque, pas grand chose d ouvert, la vie se trouve surtout à Sanremo. La plage est à moins de 10mins à pied Nous avons fais une magnifique découverte en se promenant. Je recommande la visite du vieux Bussana. Un village en ruine ou des artistes y ont élu domicile. C edt magnifique avec une très belle vue. Nous vous recommandons le petit resto qui se trouve à l entrée du vieux village où il faut une viande cuite à la braise extra tendre!!!! Un régal Nous recommandons fortement cet adresse

La vue, de l'appartement même et surtout de la terrasse, est encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir pris la plancha électrique pour la terrasse. Les lits étaient moins à notre goût. Dommage que au prix de la location il n'y a pas/peu de produits de base présents (pas d'huile, que 2 rouleaux de papier toilette et 2 capsules de café) . Heureusement il y a des supérettes pas loin. Sinon l'appartement est très bien équipé.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung! Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert und der Gastgeber war immer gut zu erreichen. Sehr praktisch war das Lebensmittelgeschäft direkt gegenüber, in dem es eine reichliche Auswahl gab. Der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer war jeden Tag eine Freude!

Nous avons passés 3 nuits dans ce logement dans le but de se déconnecter, se reposer et etre depaysé! Ça a été le cas, l'endroit est très calme, on est entouré de nature et la maison ainsi que la piscine invite au calme et à faire les crêpes toute la journée. Les hôtes ont été adorables, la personne qui nous a accueilli nous a fait part de plusieurs adresses de restaurant dans les villages alentours et les 3 adresses de restaurant que nous avons eu le temps de faire étaient toutes à la hauteur de leurs notes. Nous avons passés un excellent séjours et nous recommandons vivement ce logement! Merci encore!

El lugar es muy lindo. Philip es muy amable y preparó todo para nuestra estancia fuera muy placentera. Recomiendo totalmente que se queden con el si van a Mónaco

nachdem wir uns mit unserem xl-bus nach sant‘ agata hochgearbeitet haben wurden wir sehr herzlich in empfang genommen. patrizia hat uns ganz schnell alles gezeigt, danach konnten wir die tolle anlage und den pool geniessen. villa angela ist super gepflegt und hat durch die höhenlage traumhafte aussicht bis zum meer, wenn es an der küste nicht zu diesig ist. weil wir ganz alleine dort waren, hatten wir die natur und die tolle location für uns 5 köpfige Familie ganz exklusiv. wenn alle apartments belegt sind muss man sicher mehr rücksicht nehmen, aber jeder findet immer ausreichend platz zu entspannen. zur ruhe zu kommen. wir kommen wieder!!!

Un grand merci à Valeria pour son accueil, le logement était fidèle à la description et bien mieux encore. Lorsque nous y sommes, L’environnement est paisible, la nature est prédominante, ma fille de trois ans, a été émerveillée de voir tant de lucioles sur le terrain. Nous avions besoin de repos et de calme, et ce logement a rempli toutes nos exigences, je recommande fortement

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Appartamento meraviglioso ed accogliente, curato nei minimi dettagli, molto pulito e dotato di uno spazioso balcone in cui godersi un affaccio sul paese. Hosts gentilissime, molto accoglienti e super disponibili in caso di qualsiasi necessità. L’appartamento è posizionato in una zona strategica centrale e dotato di un comodissimo parcheggio privato. Consiglierei calorosamente la struttura per una piacevole vacanza in totale relax e dotata di tutti i comfort!

Super logement et super hôte. Le logement est super bien équipé et entretenu avec une exposition idéale vue mer et vue montagne. Catherine est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, disponible, de bon conseil, et super réactive. Allez y sans hésiter.
