We welcome you to a small charming house at the gates of the Alpes Mancelles on 4 hectares. Quietly located by the Ornette (river), where you can recharge your batteries. Guests are welcome to use the common facilities at our home (petanque court, swing...) 5 min drive to St Léonard des Bois, several activities: hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking as well as tree climbing, canoeing and kayaking. 5 minutes away you will find St Ceneri Le Gerei one of the most beautiful villages in France

Mini gîte "Le petit fournil" in Normandy

Notre ancien fournil est une partie de notre corps de ferme. Au rez - de - chaussée, il est pourvu d'une cuisine équipée et d'une salle de douche avec toilettes. A l'étage, une chambre mansardée dispose de 3 lits indépendants. A l'extérieur, nos hôtes ont accès à une terrasse privée avec du mobilier de jardin. La wifi est gratuite. Un petit déjeuner (pain paysan, confiture) est proposé sur demande pour 5 euros par personne. Proche de la voie verte, les promeneurs apprécieront cette halte.

The apartment is located near the N12, 20 minutes from Alençon, 1 hour from Laval or Le Mans, 2 hours from Mont Saint Michel and 2.5 hours from Paris

With the Musee de Cidre on your doorstep, there is plenty to see and do.

The gite is set within spacious gardens, offering a regenerative space for mind and spirit in natural surroundings with peaceful sounds of the countryside. The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.

We welcome you to our house at the edge of the forest in a protected and relaxing natural environment. Ideal for lovers of hiking, cycling, walking, animal watching. The accommodation is independent, adjoining our home On the ground floor, the small fully equipped kitchen has been recently fitted out. The living room with its large fireplace overlooks the garden and a small pond. You'll find a sofa bed but... no TV.
