Kid-friendly holiday rentals in City of Adelaide

This little house is gorgeous! The bedrooms and bathrooms are stylish and super comfy, the highlight is the courtyard and rooftop garden though. It was the middle of winter and cold and wet for our trip, but we took a look and could totally imagine how amazing it would be in summer evenings. Highly recommend this place. It was perfect for us for a business trip.

Myself and three friends really enjoyed staying at David’s property. The house was immaculate. Quality renovation. Appreciated the 4 spacious bedrooms. Loved the tree lined neighbourhood. Great pub and coffee shops short stroll away. Would return and highly recommend

This is a really beautiful home in a great location in Adelaide. Martin is a very generous host providing everything we needed and more during our stay. We would definitely book Martin's place again and would recommend it to friends and family.

The apartment was ideal for the few days we were in Adelaide. Had everything we needed to be completely comfortable. We were able to walk to local cafes, parks and catch the bus. Defiantly recommend.

Eloise was a great host. Eloise reached out proactively prior to check in to ensure all plans were on track and to confirm arrival time and any parking needs. She was flexible, for our requirements and was extremely helpful in arranging access despite our odd arrival time. The property was as described - inside was neat, clean and and the bedrooms were spacious. Beds were really comfortable and place was well equipped in the kitchen / laundry and Internet. Location wise, close to lots of great bars and eateries in Adelaide, and walking distance to Botanic Gardens, Adelaide Zoo and Rundle Mall. Lucinda was a fantastic host. She was responsive, friendly, and clear with all instructions - which made check-in a breeze. The apartment itself was absolutely 10/10. I’m a clean freak, and I genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing, it was spotless!! Everything from the bedding and towels to the furniture was high-end and super comfortable. The building’s facilities were excellent, and the location was incredibly convenient - close to everything you need. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again next time visiting Adelaide.

We had a great 3 night stay in Roger’s Airbnb. The space was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and washer-dryer were great amenities to have. The location made it easy to get around either by walking (i.e central markets were less than 1km away) or by car. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base in Adelaide!

We had a lovely stay at Katherine's Airbnb. She was a super host - very responsive, helpful and generous. It was lovely to meet her after a long flight and have her show us to the apartment and explain things. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location opposite Rundle mall with some very very good food spots nearby. A short walk to the central markets if you want even more options. Plenty of coffee options around too. The apartment was the best equipped Airbnb we've ever stayed at - without feeling cluttered or junked up. The kitchen was fully equipped - even down to nice plastic containers we could put lunch in to take with us for the kids. Speaking of traveling with the kids, this Airbnb was great for that. Katherine kindly provided a high chair, a portacot and toys which made our traveling so so much easier. The enclosed balcony was lovely at all times of the day, and we weren't scared of our toddler climbing off. Thank you Katherine! Highly highly recommended.

Great find, great location, beautiful apartment and Greg was fabulously responsive and helpful. The apartment is really well laid out, large bedrooms & bathrooms, lovely dining area and a terrific balcony looking over a gorgeous parkland area. The free city trams are just around the corner with the Adelaide Central Markets just a couple of stops aways. Would highly recommend.

Cath's place is in an awesome location. Handy to great food & drink venues + public transport as well as North Terrace, the cultural heart of Adelaide. The apartment is modern, clean & well equipped. Everything you will need is here. Highly recommended.

The apartment is cosy, comfortable, located in a quiet area on Flinders St. It within 15 minutes on foot to/from other eateries/F&B, supermarkets and Adelaide botanic garden. Also about 20-25 minutes from/to the airport. I really enjoyed my one week stay here. It’s highly recommended to other AirBnb members

The apartment was perfect. Easy to find (Alex sent great instructions and photos) in a central location and parking was super easy. The house was so clean and comfy I was sad to leave after only one night.

Apartment was perfectly located in leafy Hindmarsh Square—quiet, safe, and just steps from Rundle Mall. Great pub and restaurant right downstairs. Super convenient and ideal for a city stay. The location felt incredibly safe, even at night, and it was always easy to pop out for a bite to eat or just enjoy a walk through the square. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great base for exploring Adelaide. I’d definitely stay here again, highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, or anyone wanting to experience the best of the city while enjoying a peaceful, green setting!

Ian was a fantastic host. His communication and information was very clear and well thought out. We were there for a basketball tournament and the central location suited us extremely well. The walk up the street become a ritual in the mornings for a coffee. The place met our expectations with space and the basic essentials in the fridge and on the bench were of great use. The place was clean and tidy and well suited for our family of 4.

We had a fantastic stay at this North Adelaide apartment. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location on Melbourne Street couldn’t have been better, with fantastic restaurants and cafes right on our doorstep, making it so easy to enjoy the area. Linda was an outstanding host. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Check-in instructions were incredibly clear and easy to follow, and any questions we had were answered quickly and helpfully. It really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk, and other essentials was very much appreciated, and the chocolates were such a thoughtful touch. Having access to the secure, gated car park was also invaluable, giving us complete peace of mind. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Adelaide.

Absolutely Perfect Stay in the Heart of Adelaide – 5 Stars! I stayed here and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-equipped — everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was right at my fingertips. The location is unbeatable, right in the city centre. It was an easy walk to restaurants, shops, the Central Market, and public transport. Despite being in the heart of Adelaide, the apartment was peaceful and quiet — a great place to unwind after a busy day. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the balcony views were a lovely bonus. Check-in was smooth, communication was excellent, and the host clearly takes pride in maintaining a high standard. I'd happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Adelaide for work or leisure. A real gem!
