Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in City of Adelaide

Flexible check in with Nokki meeting me after a late arrival into Adelaide. Always very helpful and quick response’s, offering recommendations and pointing out key areas. Talked me through where to locate things in the apartment. Apartment it self was very spacious, beautifully cleaned and decorated. The space was even nicer than the pictures portrayed. Spacious shower and bathroom overall, kitchen was equipped with everything you could need plus some extras!!! The location was fabulous, very close to the mall and central market, yet quiet and tucked away, great parking options around too. Supermarket basically at the bottom of the complex, pool and amenities were fabulous. My time in Adelaide was phenomenal with special mention to this accommodation!

Eloise was a great host. Eloise reached out proactively prior to check in to ensure all plans were on track and to confirm arrival time and any parking needs. She was flexible, for our requirements and was extremely helpful in arranging access despite our odd arrival time. The property was as described - inside was neat, clean and and the bedrooms were spacious. Beds were really comfortable and place was well equipped in the kitchen / laundry and Internet. Location wise, close to lots of great bars and eateries in Adelaide, and walking distance to Botanic Gardens, Adelaide Zoo and Rundle Mall. Not our first stay in these apartments and certainly won't be our last. Always very clean, responsive host and a great location!

Joanna’s unit is in a very convenient location, only metres from a large selection of restaurants, and also a couple of 24 convenience stores. The unit was clean, with everything you could need. Suited me perfectly.

We loved our stay here! Such a beautiful apartment and looks just like the photos. Emma was great, extremely responsive, proactive and gave easy to follow instructions. Would definitely recommend!

Great find, great location, beautiful apartment and Greg was fabulously responsive and helpful. The apartment is really well laid out, large bedrooms & bathrooms, lovely dining area and a terrific balcony looking over a gorgeous parkland area. The free city trams are just around the corner with the Adelaide Central Markets just a couple of stops aways. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing helpful local recommendations and making check-in seamless. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The Cobbler's @ Bowden is one of the best homes we have stayed in! And we were so pleased that our dog was welcome too. We were in Adelaide over a (very welcome) rainy few days but the home was warm and cosy. It is beautifully styled and furnished and extremely comfortable with all that we required and more! There is ample storage in the bedroom as well as in the kitchen. And everything was immaculate. The garden was a lovely space for the moments of sunshine. The home is so close to everything we wanted – Plant 4 and other coffee shops and bakeries just a short stroll; the walking paths along the river were a highlight each morning, and Rundle Mall only a 30 minute walk away. We didn't use public transport, but all was close by. We had no problem parking in the garage with our large sedan (it reversed in easily) and, as luck would have it, there was always a spare free parking spot right out the front. We loved staying here and will be back!

The house is situated in a lovely older established area with many handsome, heritage sandstone buildings. Very quiet walkable streets. 5 minutes by car to the CBD & Botanic Gardens. The house is very comfortably furnished with an easy outdoor area to sit in. The house has air-conditioning & useful amenities.

Megan’s place was really comfortable and enjoyable to stay at. She has thought of lots of little extras that make your stay great. I would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage. Excellent location with easy access to city centre. The facilities in the cottage were first class. The kitchen was particularly well appointed. We were particularly impressed by the comfort of the beds and the overall presentation of the property. We thoroughly recommend the cottage to future visitors.Thank you allowing us to share it.

I felt very welcome at Rachel's. Very responsive and thoughtful host The house was very comfortable and and had everything I needed for a home away from home. Even catered really comfortably for my dog. Walks to the parklands were a highlight each day. Neighbours were very friendly too.

We had a terrific stay at Gina's place. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and spotless. Plenty of room for our family to stay and well appointed with the amenities that you would expect in and airBNB. The location is excellent, being a 1 minute walk to Hutt St and 10 minutes into the city. Gina was really responsive to our requests and she really helped us out. Thankyou Gina - we hope to come back and stay again.

perfect for 3groups,we were 6 people. the street is full of heritage listed houses ,strolling around was an absolute delight, walk to cafes ,close to city our stay was exactly what we had hoped for kitchen had all that was needed to make breakfasts and dining area a lovely spot to congregate .coffee machine handy 1 ensuited bedroom downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs , each with a bathroom, and a spare toilet downstairs. bed linen crisp and beds comfortable. plenty of hot water, central heating worked well it is definitely a modern home but is in a setting amongst antique houses in an old tree lined wide street . Could not find better for 6 people for a stay in Adelaide.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained—it smelled fresh the moment we walked in. After long hours of exploring, it was the perfect relaxing space to come home to. The bed was super comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The location was great—close to the city, yet peaceful and quiet. The parking area was safe and convenient, which made our stay even more stress-free. One thing we really appreciated was how responsive and helpful Michelle was. Anytime we had a question, she replied quickly and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The little touches around the space, like cozy lighting and thoughtful amenities, made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. Would definitely book again!

Apartment was perfectly located in leafy Hindmarsh Square—quiet, safe, and just steps from Rundle Mall. Great pub and restaurant right downstairs. Super convenient and ideal for a city stay. The location felt incredibly safe, even at night, and it was always easy to pop out for a bite to eat or just enjoy a walk through the square. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great base for exploring Adelaide. I’d definitely stay here again, highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, or anyone wanting to experience the best of the city while enjoying a peaceful, green setting!

The house was very comfortable and Wru central location. Mary and Mark were very responsive and provided all the amenities! Really enjoyed the stay here and would recommend to friends and family coming to Adelaide!

Great stay everything as described. Need to update check out instructions. Keys and fob to be dropped in letter box for the apartment at ground floor upon checkout. Highly recommend would stay again.

Ian was a fantastic host. His communication and information was very clear and well thought out. We were there for a basketball tournament and the central location suited us extremely well. The walk up the street become a ritual in the mornings for a coffee. The place met our expectations with space and the basic essentials in the fridge and on the bench were of great use. The place was clean and tidy and well suited for our family of 4.

We had a fantastic stay at this North Adelaide apartment. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location on Melbourne Street couldn’t have been better, with fantastic restaurants and cafes right on our doorstep, making it so easy to enjoy the area. Linda was an outstanding host. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Check-in instructions were incredibly clear and easy to follow, and any questions we had were answered quickly and helpfully. It really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk, and other essentials was very much appreciated, and the chocolates were such a thoughtful touch. Having access to the secure, gated car park was also invaluable, giving us complete peace of mind. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Adelaide.

Absolutely Perfect Stay in the Heart of Adelaide – 5 Stars! I stayed here and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-equipped — everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was right at my fingertips. The location is unbeatable, right in the city centre. It was an easy walk to restaurants, shops, the Central Market, and public transport. Despite being in the heart of Adelaide, the apartment was peaceful and quiet — a great place to unwind after a busy day. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the balcony views were a lovely bonus. Check-in was smooth, communication was excellent, and the host clearly takes pride in maintaining a high standard. I'd happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Adelaide for work or leisure. A real gem!
