The apartment was gebsu as Dominik described it. The German standard was definitely given, I didn't have to miss anything. The view from the balconies is the same, especially the sunset. Messages and inquiries (e.g. new gallons for the water dispenser) were repaired within minutes to a few hours. At the latest on the next day, the co-host took care of the inquiries. For the good last, the offers of the resort are recommended, especially for children (pools & beach). The full use of the resort complex is not included in the booking price, BUT Dominik offer a discount for the use of the resort complex, if necessary you also get a very high discount. The location of Resprt is also ideal for self-catering. The supermarket can be reached in a few minutes' drive (grave, car or scooter). We could only recommend the host Dominik and also the co-host Bernd!

Super-convenient for the airport, but also peaceful, quiet, with a relaxed neighbourhood feel. The host was great! A real plus, making everything easy, and very flexible. I highly recommend this place - the actual apartment is great, comfortable, enough space and clean, well organised - nothing bad.

Lee’s place was spectacular. We had an amazing stay here. It was right around the corner to everything. The place was clean and everything was just right. I love how there was washer and dryer, enough towels, comfortable bed and very comfortable sofa that we probable slept pn most of the days 😂. He’s such an amazing host, always responsive even with the time difference. Thank you Lee! Will be seeing you again next year! 💜

A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

Tarich is very responsible and proactive with her communications. She is quick to respond when something needs to be done or fixed. I rented her place for 15 days, but sadly, the air conditioner of one of the two-bedroom units broke on the last three days of our trip—good thing we were out of town for two of those three days. The place is cozy and clean. However, the towels and linens were too strongly scented. Also, prepare to buy your own toilet paper. The place looks exactly like the pictures, but I wish there were a closet in the master bedroom where you could hang your clothes. The wooden decoration takes up a lot of space! Overall, the place is a bit pricey, but it is worth it. Tarich unit is at the end of the hallway, with easy access to the emergency stairs and rooftop.

Despite being somewhat remote, the location is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. You really get what you pay for. It has the impression of being your own home for your entire stay. The place is spacious and perfect for a family staycation. We loved the ambiance and aesthetic of the place, making it ideal for both family and barkada trips. We truly felt at home. Plus, the host was always responsive, no matter the time.

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

It was a great place to stay. The house was big and spacious. they kept it clean as well. The neighbourhood was quit and walkable. it was refreshing for me and my family to go for swimming, bicycling & walking inside the subdivision. we were able to go to the nearby beaches with just one ride from the door as we called the guardhouse and they send the local three-wheeler to the house door. the host was quik to response and very friendly. in one word it was a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely comeback again.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

Ikigai is the best place ever. We had a very pleasant experience during our stay. The onsite staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The views from the balconies are absolutely stunning. If you need a place to get away from it all with an amazing view, this is the place for you. Loved everything about this stay!

Traveling to Cebu City? This place is the best! Room Size The one-bedroom unit is spacious and comfortable. Swimming Pool Perfect for families—especially those traveling with kids. Mixed-Use Complex There’s a grocery store and casual dining on the first floor, plus a kids’ café on the second—so convenient! Friendly Host The host is amazing—responds to messages within 5 minutes!

OK. Marlyn was great, Friendly and responsive. Met us on arrival at unit. The unit and area and everything was just like the photos. The only downside was the Pool was pay as you use. 200/adult 100/child per day. Close to SM Seaside, Ocean Park Cebu and most things. Just a 10 min taxi from Cebu South bus terminal to unit. Just tell the Security you are staying at un it 2024, your car space is 36, north end of units, elevator to floor2. Would definitely stay again. Air Conditioners were great, 1 in each room. Water filters and boiling water on demand for Coffee. Could have been some floor mats in Shower area as it is tiled.

It was a nice place for me the pool was great and close to many things in Cebu. Also the view from the apartment was fantastic, watching the boats come and go, nice.

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

I really enjoyed Nathan's place! I had an early arrival, and Nathan kindly agreed to allow an early check-in. The accommodation was clean, with a large refrigerator (a plus!), and a comfortable ARMCHAIR (a super plus, as this is quite rare). For me as a digital nomad, this is very good accommodation. The only drawback I experienced was that upon check-in, the air conditioner started leaking because it needed servicing. However, Nathan’s assistants fixed everything within a few hours, and I had no further issues with the air conditioner. It's also very convenient that in the same building at the basement level there are drinking water refill stations, laundry facilities, and delivery services. Thank you, Nathan!

Mery was a great host. Whenever i asked a question she replied straight away. Her place was very neat and tidy and close to all amenities.
