It is easily accessible, very close to the center, you can do without the car and walk. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped. It has a beautiful courtyard with grass, plants, chairs, and a table that we enjoy a lot. The property is safe and private. The hosts were always on the lookout. We were impressed by the silence and tranquility. Highly recommended.

This was a wonderful place to stay at! Adriana was very responsive and kind to us during our stay. The jacuzzi was a lot bigger than pictures allow and at a small extra cost we were able to use it. Angelica’s place is perfect for those who are looking for a quiet, private, safe and convenient AIRBNB near Mexico City. The house looked just like the pictures - very homey, modern, and clean. Hosts were always communicating. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

From before arrival they contacted me, for the delivery of the keys and to show me the operation of the equipment in the house. They explained to me about the availability of all the services and gave me information about the area.

Adrian’s place is fantastic. Located in a great & safe area in CDMX. The street food in front of the door is incredible, the pool is heated like a bathtub (which I love), fantastic gym and in a great location. Highly recommend it if you need a good place to stay in CDMX. The only thing that could be improved, is that the place has a second key available at no extra cost.

The apartment is super equipped, everything clean and in order. This is the second time we've stayed there safe and very quiet area literal one block from the mall with good restaurants and supermarket.

The apartment is very well located, right next to the mall, which is extremely convenient. It has surveillance, which provides a sense of security. The space is modern, with excellent facilities and very nice decoration. The beds are comfortable and it is appreciated that they include a steamer (clothes vaporizer), ideal for ironing without complications. The only observation is that it doesn't have AC. Although there are fans that help keep the environment pleasant, for those who are used to air conditioning, the apartment may feel a little warm at times. Even so, in general, it is an excellent option for its comfort and location.

This property is gorgeous, nestled in the Santa Monica neighborhood. This property looks even more impressive than the photos.

I went with my family and cooked and washed in the apartment, everything works perfectly, there is everything you need for a long stay, it is very comfortable, I would definitely return with her on every trip to CDMX

Erika was clear with the instructions, she was aware of any situation, and the apartment has the utensils and appliances. You don't hear noises from other neighbors, you can sleep peacefully, and you have the shopping plaza and more stores to shop.

We had a great stay here! The place is very affordable and perfect if you’re looking for a comfortable, no-frills spot while traveling. The shower had excellent water pressure and hot water, which was a huge plus. The small kitchen had all the essentials we needed to prepare simple, healthy meals. There’s a shopping center just a 5-minute drive away with lots of stores and dining options, which was super convenient. Security was friendly and helpful—we felt completely safe the entire time. Overall, a solid choice for a budget-friendly, practical stay!

The accommodation is ideally located, close to virtually everything and has everything you need to stay every day you want. The arrival is very comfortable and the host is always available for any questions. The only thing I do want to comment on, and I don't know if it was something that happened during the days of our stay or if it was something continuous, is that next to the building is the tolerance museum and precisely in the afternoons/evenings a lot of people gathered demonstrating in favor of marijuana, with a very strong smell and you could feel some insecurity. Advantages or disadvantages of staying in such a central area. Apart from that, which has nothing to do with the host who was always attentive, the accommodation is perfect and we would surely repeat.
