My hosts were great, even as we had a slight problem after a wild rain-storm. Very accommodating , the place and neighbourhood were great. Would stay again, or even check out one of their other properties.

Andrés and his daughter were great hosts. They gave us great local recommendations and checked in on us multiple times throughout the week to make sure we were doing well and asked if we needed anything. They’re both super responsive and the location was very central to all the museums we wanted to see. It’s also relatively close to multiple pickup spots if you’re doing any excursions. The bathroom was very clean and the beds comfortable. It was a lovely stay!

Best airbnb inhave stayed at Mexico city great location and beautiful view from mexico comity downtown from the 9th flor, love the elevator, best view you will find, huge windows, love the place, 2 full bathrooms, hot water cleanest towels , best restaurants around and in the same street Highly recommend this place

This was a wonderful place to stay at! Adriana was very responsive and kind to us during our stay. The jacuzzi was a lot bigger than pictures allow and at a small extra cost we were able to use it. The location is beautiful and was very safe and close to locations we needed to get to. Would definitely come back, thanks Adriana and a big thank you to Wenceslao!

Ruben and his wife were always very kind to us. Communication with him was excellent and he was always attentive to any situation that could arise during our stay. We loved that the location is super close to the airport. From the airport to Arbn we paid $49 pesos in DiDi. There is everything in the area and as a recommendation, across the street from the apartment, there is a place where they sell delicious Mexican snacks at a very low cost. They are open from Thursday to Sunday from 2:30 to 9:30. The host was super attentive at all times, we would definitely stay with Daniel again

A very comfortable stay! The private rooftop terrace was a highlight and the space had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and checked in throughout to ensure we had everything we needed.

Communication with Daniel was spectacular, always attentive to everything from before our arrival to departure. The place is super comfortable, it has everything you need to make your stay incredible. Don't be afraid of the elevator, it works very well. The landscapes through the windows were unparalleled. The area is very safe, there was always surveillance. Several stores, a bakery, two food businesses, and a pharmacy are super close. The Tlatelolco subway is a 10-minute walk away.

Ren and Mariana were excellent hosts and always responsive. Super flexible with our early arrival and always willing to make accommodations. This was my second time staying here and it's for good reason - the location, the comfort of the apartment, and the excellent hosts. Will certainly return here if available on my next CDMX trip!

Very nice 3-day stay in this sweet apartment. The location is wonderful, just steps from all Condesa has to offer and its beautiful tree-lined streets. Mario and the team were wonderful with communication! Clean and spacious, and a large open kitchen. Wasn’t too loud for us at all, as they supply two nice fans which work well for white noise in a bustling part of the city. We appreciated the wonderful artwork, which was very original and felt more like home than a lot of Airbnbs. Thank you for a great stay!

This place is a great place for those that want a quiet escape from the city while still being close to the sites! The space was immaculate and spacious. Ruben is such a great host

This place is GREAT. Truly amazing location surrounded by tons of fantastic coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops and just far enough from the bustle of Roma Norte to feel more serene and neighborhoody. The space itself is very cool and has all essential basics including in-unit laundry which was clutch after traveling throughout Mexico the weeks prior. The bed is huge and super comfy too! It does get a bit stuffy and hot during the warmer months but Salvador provided 3 fans that were able to cool it down to a comfortable temperature. The 24 hour security guards were incredibly sweet and kind and cheerfully greeted us daily in addition to making us and our belongings feel safe at all hours. Salvador was also very responsive, communicative and accommodating. I really can't recommend this place enough, it was certainly one of the best Air BnB experiences I've had yet!

Luis and other staff were always quick to respond and help in anyway they could. The place was very quiet day and night, easy to walk to centro or Juarez. It’s was very clean and cozy. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.
