Apartment holiday rentals in Ciudad Universitaria, Moncloa - Aravaca

Great stay and apartment was even nicer than the pictures. Host was easily contactable when we were trying to check in. About a 40min walk into central Madrid but bus/metro easy to use and more like 20/30mins. Comfy bed and all very clean and a pretty quiet neighborhood so slept well!

As mentioned in the description, this apartment is someone’s home. It is decorated beautifully and cared for as if they live there year round. The apartment was perfect for our trip because we were traveling with 2 adult daughters. We stayed in the master bedroom and they each had their own bedroom AND bathroom. The location is close to the metro which we rode constantly and the neighborhood is very safe. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and cafes to grab and drink and relax. This is a perfect apartment if you’re traveling with a family or multiple friends.

The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. There is a swimming pool but sadly it didn't open for another week. The host was really helpful and friendly. My flight was late so it was almost 2am by the time I got to him. He waited patiently and showed me into the flat personally. I had lost a mobile charging cable en route and my phone was very low so he lent me one for the duration of my stay. He sent me a message the next day to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Lovely guy and lovely apartment! Thank you.

Veronica and Sofia's place is super close to the metro station, it has a market and restaurants around. I recommend it, a clean and quiet place.

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

Very good accommodation located 15 minutes walk from the Wizink Center, so it's great if you're going to an event. Four of us fit perfectly because the sofa bed is huge. The apartment is also very nice and I would definitely recommend it! Many thanks to Paola and Ceci for everything.

My experience was spectacular, highly recommended. Juan was waiting for our arrival and told us how to enter the apartment. It's easy to get to the parking lot and the doormen are very nice. Very grateful for the cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment, very nice and romantic if you go as a couple

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We liked the location as it was centrally located and an easy walk to restaurants and El Retiro Park. The management company did a fantastic job - communication was great, accommodated our request for an early check in and check out was easiest experience we had in Spain!

That's a very silent appartement nearby the plaza las-ventas, it's very great for these people who are very crazy about bullfighting culture, such as me!

Ideal apartment and well communicated. Francisco sent us the instructions in time to plan our arrival and provided us with useful details. We were able to access the house a little earlier, which is a nice touch because we had a family event and it made the logistics easier. He was attentive at all times, very kind and top hospitality. The house is comfortable for four people as it has a sofa bed. It's very bright, the terrace is wonderful and everything was very clean. The cotton bedding is cotton and the bed is very comfortable. The apartment has been recently renovated and everything is very well cared for. It has small details such as laundry detergent, a variety of teas, a Nespresso coffee machine, etc. We slept wonderfully, the area is very quiet. It is very well located, close to Santiago Bernabeu (5min) and 18min walk from Pza. Castilla. It has several bus and subway lines nearby. We feel at home. We will definitely repeat!!!!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.

Great apartment in the best neighborhood in the city! Very close to Retiro Park as well as plenty of dining and shopping options. Francisco was so nice and responsive as well.

Nacho's apartment is spacious, very nice and clean, and the deal with the owner was excellent from check-in to check-out. We'll keep it in mind for future trips to the Madrid area!

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.
