Highly recommended!! Vivodomo was always attentive to our questions, gave us clear instructions on how to check in and when we needed help, he responded immediately, in addition to providing us with a crib for our baby. The apartment is just as described. It has plenty of amenities for cooking and was very clean and tidy. The area is very quiet and safe. It is easy to get to the train or bus station (5 to 10 minutes on foot). Excellent choice for a quiet and safe stay.

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

Great neighborhood, grocery right in front, space is nice complete new and felt at home. Will def come back!

Victor’s place is lovely. It is smartly designed and accommodated. He was very helpful in his communication for both checking in and out. It was perfect for a solo traveler seeking a nice quiet neighborhood that’s close to metro and other amenities like grocery and parks.

Great communication with the host. Very helpful in showing the apartment and helpful in suggesting the tourist spots. The apartment was also very clean, comfortable and located in a very nice neighbourhood, with easy bus and metro access. The apartment is also located on ground floor which makes it very convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay in Eva’s apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the metro as well! We had a little bit of difficulty with the locks but Eva was quick to respond and help us out which was much appreciated! One thing to note was that the neighbours were quite loud through most hours of the night. You really can only hear it from the bedroom on the right side of the apartment. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for everything Eva!

Beautiful place, the neighborhood, it was very convenient for us to go everywhere! The apartment is small but beautiful, the windows are impeccable, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom and shower are perfect! I loved the welcome detail with my name and the chocolates, fresh water in the fridge, croissants! And Maria who responded to us impeccably! Thank you very much! I will return and recommend it! Excellent! Antônio was very kind and attentive, even kept our luggage while we went to Ávila. Well decorated and clean space, he always responded promptly.

Her house was very beautiful and lovely. The location and cleanliness were perfect! We used the washing machine, and it always works fine. It was very convenient for me. 日本人の方へ こちらの宿はとても清潔でしたし、Olgaさんたちは大変親切でした。 もし滞在中の洗濯を考えていらっしゃるのであれば、洗濯機がきちんと機能するだけでなく、折りたたみ式の物干しなどもあり大変便利でした。

As advertised, just like the photos. Luis Miguel was friendly and showed me the place. Gave detailed instructions and hand over the leys. Lovely neighbourhood with character. Smart tv is a plus :)

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real landlord. Always friendly in communications that they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point of the city. Clean and tidy.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

Duke was responsive and kind. He left us well prepared with guides of things to do in Madrid, as well as how to properly find our way around the Airbnb. Any questions we had were all answered immediately, clearly and with care. Definitely recommend!!

This place was perfect for our 4 day stay in Madrid. Our host was very accommodating in allowing us to drop off our baggage prior to check-in time. They were there to open the door and provided us with a key before we left. Very comfortable home and the location was ideal. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to relax while on vacation.
