Holiday rentals with breakfast in Civitella Paganico

We had a lovely time staying at Riccardo's in Montepulciano. After all walking up and down the hills in the town, the house was a welcome place for us to rest up and sleep. The home was very spacious for 2 people and it really felt like a home. Would absolutely recommend for other people looking for somewhere in town!

This place is amazing! It was a competely unique experience staying in Anna's place. The private garden up the hill afforded gorgeous views of the historic tower and town that turned magical at night when everything was lit up. When we explored the town at night, we felt like we had gone back in time. There were motion sensor lights on the stairs to and from the garden so that we could easily and safely see our way. We had the historic part of the nicely lit up town at night to ourselves, adding to the atmosphere. Civitella D'agliano was our favourite of the many towns that we explored in the area. It is a genuine and evocative beauty, not marred by masses of tourists or souvenir shops. Anna and her English speaking friend, met our car to show us where to park, and showed us everything in the apartment and garden in detail. Anna gave us many delicious snacks and an apple cake. She also arranged a reservation at a local restaurant that was memorable. Stay here. You will never forget it!

Amazing place and would definitely be our number one place to stay when we return. Clean and spotless with luxuries like slippers are provided and some breakfast items too. Even a UK-Italy plug converter! Loved it! Thank you to Lucia, Luca and your mum! xx

my partner and I stayed 3 nights and we wish we stayed longer! The place was very clean and our hosts were very friendly, always greeted us with a smile and their lovely pets in the morning. The countryside around the house is also stunning. I highly recommend if you looking for something serene and cozy. you're 10mins away from a town to do groceries and pick up local amazing fried fish.

Sonia was extremely helpful from start to beginning. Gave us great recommendations which ended up being some of our favourite nights! The most stunning location and beautifully kept place, with everything you could possibly need to live in. 30 mins from Florence, 1 hour from Siena and miles of beautiful scenery and wineries as far as the eye can see As a british couple in our 20’s we loved our stay here ❤️

Leonardo’s place was the stuff Tuscan dreams are made of. When you think of a beautiful authentic Tuscan getaway, this is it! Leonardo was super quick to respond when we had questions. He had left us wine and cheese and helpful information as well. Just FYI -The bedrooms and bathrooms were up a narrow stair case so we just left our suitcases downstairs which worked out fine for us but could be an issue if you have mobility issues. We stayed out in the lounge chairs and hammocks for hours; if you walk down into the olive groves and to the right, you can see the sunset over the incredible Tuscan hills. Our only issue was finding it both times we drove in - the first day, we took a wrong turn and ended up on a one-lane dirt road but miraculously came out on the main road and found it easily from there. Coming home from Siena the next day, we took a different route so then got confused. But these inconveniences were outweighed by everything else. Highly recommend!!

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

Anna was one of the kindest hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She picked us up from the free parking lot so we wouldn’t have to walk uphill with our bags, helped us to the apartment, and provided recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotless and had the most beautiful view of the valley below. It is right down the street from the main piazza and was steps away from great restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Large apartment, very clean and bright in a quiet area. Very equipped kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable room. Very well organized. The hosts left the essentials for breakfast. They were very kind. We already knew the country and it's very nice. Beautiful countryside near the sea. We hope to be back!

Great place to stay for a night!

Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

I had a happy time in a house that looked like it was in a movie in a beautiful natural environment. I think I'll keep my time in Kian Tti as a good memory thanks to the kind and friendly host who responds so quickly. It was a little difficult at first for the city girls who were new to the road to the accommodation, but it wasn't difficult when they got used to it. It's perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. I left today, but I want to go again.

Filippo's place is definitely one of the best Airbnb's to know the Toscana. Filippo, in the first place, was very flexible with the check-in hour, allowing us to make the check-in around 6 pm after we visited San Gimigniano and Certaldo. Filippo's apartment is strategically located if you want to visit San Gimignano/Certaldo/Siena (25 minutes away by car). And the rest of the beautiful towns of Tuscany as Montepulciano/Montalcino/Val D'Orcia/etc...are only 1 hour away by car. The surroundings of Poggibonsi are beautiful, and the town is really relaxed and full of excellent options to eat (eating information provided by Filippo). To resume, this place is outstanding and has everything you need to have a wonderful time under Tuscany's sun and landscapes. The apartment has a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine, and it's really big. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is definitely your place. Thank you, Filippo, for being a wonderful host.

I would stay here over and over again! It was the PERFECT spot to stay for multiple reasons. It had the most gorgeous view, easy access to restaurants and the beach and was overall very clean. Thank you for a great stay!

Giacomo, was an absolute legend! Such a great guy, welcoming and helpful. The property is set amongst beautiful gardens overlooking the spectacular Tuscan countryside. We were guests for two nights, at two different times a few days apart, during a couple's bike trip along the Eroica. The location is excellent, we have always and only reached the farmhouse by bike. In the evening, you can only hear the sounds of nature, which is truly regenerating. The 360° panorama is breathtaking, especially at sunset. The pool is fantastic, very clean, equipped with deck chairs and surrounded by a well-kept lawn. Everything here is authentic. It's wonderful to see how carefully and simply Serena and her family manage the place, respecting and enhancing the nature that surrounds them. It was a real pleasure to stay here, an oasis of peace that gave us moments of true relaxation. The pool, in particular, was a panacea after the intense days on the bike. Thanks for everything, Serena! We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful place and location . Giordana was very accommodating, responsive, friendly and very helpful. She made sure that our breakfast had lactose free products and really appreciated the gesture. Highly recommend her place!!

Matteo and his family are very warm and welcoming. I had a wonderful time and felt right at home. The surroundings are very serene, and the sunsets are 😍. I had dinner at Matteo's all the four days that I stayed there and it was delicious every single time. Do not miss it! Hope to visit again.

For us, it was the perfect place to stay! Maria is very hospitable and communicative. The Airbnb is really nice and the breakfast was perfect (also very great for vegetarians). We felt really comfortable. A big thank you and definitely to be recommended. Arrived by bus and walked from Volterra and found it great (but are also very athletic). There were great hiking trails in the area and generally it was really nice and quiet!

Teresa, Agustino, and Danieli were great. The home was gorgeous. The breakfasts were fantastic. The winery tour with Danieli was beyond memorable. If you get the opportunity to stay at this property, take it! We highly recommend.

La Casetta Amore is one of my special places to return to whenever there is a beautiful occasion to celebrate. The apartment is lovely, and the welcome that Barbara and her team offer guests is the one usually reserved for friends. Kitchen well stocked with utensils for those who want to cook at home, fast internet connection if, like me, you also have to work, view of the main square of Bagno Vignoni truly magical. Excellent and abundant breakfast, served in the room across the square. Highly recommended.
