Stunning house with amazing garden, super comfortable and fully equipped with anything one could need. Tasteful and luxurious, quiet area close to many parks and restaurants/shops. Hope to be back!

Couldn't be happier with a brilliantly quirky home in a location near lots of good food/drink spots and transport links, hosted by a lovely, generous, communicative human being. Brilliantly fun place to stay.

We had an incredible stay at Antonia’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy and supportive, and we all slept like logs every night. The stylish decor gave the home such a warm, welcoming vibe, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into every detail. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and public transport, which made exploring the area a breeze. What really made the experience special was Antonia’s outstanding hospitality. Communication was prompt and friendly from start to finish, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket and local tips. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed—from a modern kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and even a washing machine. Traveling with young children can be tricky, but this place was ideal.

Second stay at this lovely home. Hosts are wonderful and the area is perfect. Ticks all of the boxes of what makes Airbnb special.

Great place felt like home!

Hattie’s house was beautiful and as described! We had a lovely stay for one night and were lucky to have the most beautiful weather - the small decked garden came into its own, we sat there for a good couple of hours drinking coffee in the morning. House was huge for the 2 of us and spotless! Fab location too - 15 mins walk to Victoria park where there are lots of lovely independent cafes. Only one minor issue that the stereo in the living area appeared to be a bit in and out in terms of its connection to Bluetooth but we got there eventually. Hattie’s communication was absolutely fantastic, we would absolutely stay again! Thank you!! 🤩

We really enjoyed being in this home - the beds especially were incredibly comfortable, and this amount of space is rare in London. We were there in early summer, so because it was light late (until 9:30pm!), there were lots and lots of kids playing outside while it was light - which made it a bit hard to explain to my 5 year old why he had to go to bed! (We made it work!) You can definitely hear any people on the sidewalk, but it's really a family neighborhood so it's mostly the sound of kids playing. Both (!) kitchens were immaculately clean, and the dryer part of the washer/dryer combo worked better than any other washer/dryer combo I've seen in Europe. It is a bit of a walk to most things, but the Church St in Stoke-Newington which is about half a mile away has tons of delightful shops and restaurants, and Victoria Park (about .6 miles in the other direction) is huge.

We stayed here for a wedding and enjoyed our time. It is a large house and 5 of us were very comfortable. It is in an urban neighbourhood and backs up to a park. It was quite loud at night as we had to have the windows open due to oddly warm temps. If the windows were closed it was much better. This was not unexpected but useful to mention if people are sensitive to that. We loved walking through the marshes and to the numerous local pubs.

We had a great time staying at Jessica’s place. It was plenty of space for two people for seven days. It was clean, and all of the furniture was comfortable. We loved the neighborhood, it’s located near the Olympic park and there are a lot of walking trails and delicious bakeries/coffee shops. If you are visiting London, there are definitely places that are closer to the tourist attractions but we enjoyed returning back to the apartment which was quiet and peaceful. The train station is very close as is a shopping center, with several different grocery stores. Jessica was very responsive and a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennie's place! There was plenty of space for the three of us, with two in the bedroom and one on the (very comfortable) sofa bed. All essentials provided and clear communications with the host. Exceeded expectations. Jennie's place is beautifully appointed and is very convenient for getting into London. Regular buses directly to Trafalgar Square (for the West End), 25-minute walk to Kings Cross, and a tube station right on the doorstep! Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would gladly stay in Jennie's flat again. 😃

Such a beautiful apartment in an amazing part of the city. Olivers place was very clean and clutter free and the pictures do not do it justice - a truly stunning place to stay in a superb location. Will love to stay again on my future visits.. Thank you very much for hosting me

Very well decorated house with a spirit. Felt right at home. Great sound system and London view too. Without a doubt a top airbnb experience and offers great value. Calypso was super friendly and helpful. It’s very hard to think of a downside for the place and i’d only sit this one out if i had a past bad earthquake experience because the flat occasionally shakes. Thanks Calypso

Venetia’s flat is absolutely adorable! Quiet neighborhood in a great location, with super easy access to restaurants, shops, and of course buses and overground trains. All three bedrooms have very comfortable beds and nice linens, and the kitchen is fully outfitted. The sitting room is comfortable and light-filled, and the garden is quite lovely. The only downsides were the finicky Nespresso machine (could have been user error) and the lack of a clothes dryer (notwithstanding what the listing says). Venetia is super nice and very responsive. All in all I would definitely stay at Venetia’s flat again!

Suzanne was very kind and text me to be sure everything was fine and clear. She keep me updated about a lil issue she has with the bathroom but everything was amazing! She also suggested me some restaurants around! The house is very cozy.

Very comfortable for three. A big bedroom, a 65 square foot bathroom!!!, and a large living room with kitchen. Sofa bed for two in the living room. Water pressure in bathroom very good. Refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher provided, with Disney, Netflix and Amazon Prime already available on smart TV. The flat is 10 minutes walking distance to two bus stops offering different lines, and probably 15 minutes to Angel station. There are excellent cafes and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. There is a breakfast place 100 metres away with good service and great food. A mini market is about 150 metres away. Sainsbury’s and Coop are under a 15 minute walk. A large curved monitor, mouse and connections are all available in the work area. Plug in your laptop and you are all set. Michael responded very quickly to all questions. Excellent place in an excellent location, supported by a very good host. This is definitely the first place we will select when we are in London!

The apartment is exactly as described and looks like the pics. It's well-equipped and is excellent value for money. It's in a secure building and close to shops, restaurants etc. The terrace is lovely and super peaceful, so it really does feel like you're away from the bustle of city life.

Jenni’s apartment was all I needed to spend the Christmas. Beautifully decorated, peaceful flat with a lovely atmosphere. Jenni has a great taste in arts and design and put her personal touch everywhere you look. Staying at her flat was like staying at a five star luxury hotel. The flat was very clean and was provided with many amenities, more than I needed. She was very responsive throughout my stay and responded my texts in less than a minute whenever I needed to double check things. I stayed for five nights and would definitely recommend her place for short or longer visits.

Such a great little flat, the bed was really comfortable and it had everything you needed. Loved the space, the quirkiness and home comforts. Thank you Liam, we’ll definitely stay here again if needed. As a female I felt very safe in the flat ❤️

Really enjoyed staying in Spyro’s flat - it’s just as described, in a nice and very walkable neighbourhood, it’s super clean, and Spyro was very helpful and proactive around our stay. Fans in both bedrooms were also a very welcome addition in the London heat! The only downside was the scaffolding limiting both balconies and privacy in the front room but in all fairness Spyro kindly made us aware of this well in advance. Definitely a great place to stay and a great host!

Deborah’s place is a dream. I’d been hesitant to book a flat away from central London, but this gorgeous loft ended up being exactly what I needed for a lovely recharge weekend. Deborah was highly communicate and easily reachable with questions on a moment’s notice, and the balcony was idyllic to pop open a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunset.

I’m really glad I booked and I’d recommend this location to anyone visiting London from elsewhere in the UK coming in from KGX station or internationally from St. Pancras. It’s easy to get to on the tube and there are a few bus options that are a 10-20 minute walk away. The tube station closest to this flat has a lift so that’s nice for any suitcases or families travelling together. The host was responsive, answered all my questions, and efficient and welcoming. This was around my 8th time visiting London and this is one of the better locations I’ve stayed. If you’re booking like me for a concert at Tottenham then just know the bus back is impossible but other than that the location is perfect. There’s a shop right on the corner and it’s cool that Emirates Stadium is right there, too.
