Second time staying first time in the winter. Great location right next to trails and gas station. Looking forward to our next visit.

The unit was as described. Easy to find and easy to access. This aunit#1 is the end unit which is right by the gas pumps so lots of traffic, noise but if you are there to ride or aren’t in the unit during the day it’s totally fine. Tim was great when I called and very helpful.

I would recommend this beautiful getaway to all of my family and friends! This dog friendly scenic retreat was spotless, beautiful, and well equipped with everything we needed. Susan was an extremely kind and responsive host. The house was clean, comfy, and made us feel right at home. The views from the porch were absolutely incredible. If you are looking for your next NH getaway, this is the spot!! Plenty of room for our trucks / trailers with side by sides + a camper. Another bonus is that you can ride the trail system right from the house. 10/10!! We would be honored to have Susan host us again in the future!!

This is a comfortable extra long, double wide mobile home, which is about 40 years old. The owners have kept it in good shape and it is well appointed with comfortable beds. The large Jacuzzi tub was out of commission and I believe it will be permanently . The other tub is small but comfortable and there is adequate hot water. The home is on a very nice quiet street with a forest beyond the backyard. The window air conditioners and ceiling fans seem adequate. The home is clean with fairly good lighting. It is in a very safe neighborhood with the police station at the end of the street.
