Ein Spar befindet sich gleich gegenüber, weitere diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Coop und Migros sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle ist ebenso gleich vor dem Haus, diverse Restaurants und Bars sind in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Die gemütlich, heimelige 2-Zimmerwohnung liegt an sehr ruhiger Lage im Grünen ca. 10 Autominuten von Davos Platz entfernt. Das Haus liegt in der landwirtschaftlichen Zone in Glaris, dem Naherholungsgebiet von Davos. Der ideale Ort um eine Biketour oder Wanderung direkt hinter oder vor dem Haus zu starten. Nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt finden sie das Restaurant Lengmatta mit sehr guter Küche und einer schönen Terrasse. In 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss gelangen sie zur Rinerhorn Talstation.

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Small but nice! Centrally located, but absolutely quiet. The studio is newly built and furnished. The room is bright, with a beautiful view of Brämabüel and Jakobshorn. The comfortable sofa bed can be opened and closed with a handle, so that a comfortable and cozy living room is available. A coffee maker and kettle are available in addition to a stove with an oven. Microwave and freezer in a separate room. The garden can be used.

Dear Mirjam, we liked the stay in your large, bright, very nice apartment! The apartment was blitzs clean and well furnished! The beds (mattresses, duvets, pillows and covers) are very comfortable, we slept really well!!! Since we were attending a class in Davos, we were able to enjoy the apartment almost too little - but we will be very happy to come back! Thank you for an unforgettable stay! Warmly, Eveline

A wonderful gem. Stylish and furnished with great attention to detail with everything you need. Super comfortable bed, cozy sofa lounge, simply GREAT. We were received very warmly and uncomplicated by Daniela and were allowed to spend great days in the Chlara. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Maiensäss.

Chalet Braun is a very special place in a unique location overlooking the valley. The flat is ideal for a family and allows for easy direct access to the ski slopes of the Jakobshorn ski domain. The flat has been recently refurbished to a very high quality standard and everything is tip-top. The one downside for some will be that you need a special car to get up there in winter time (using chains or a 4x4 with winter tires). The alternative is taking the local bus or a standard taxi until Clavadel Klinik and then walk for about 15-20mins or so. But that's the price to pay for being in such a unique location of course.
