Our family had the most wonderful experience in this clean, spacious home in Des Moines! The house was spotless and had plenty of room for our whole family to relax and enjoy. It was incredibly kid-friendly, with thoughtful touches that made traveling with little ones so much easier. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, but still in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The hosts were outstanding—responsive, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay great. We will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Des Moines!

Anthony’s house is really nice and clean. Darn near spotless. He was very responsive when I messaged him. He said he was actively working to deal with the only issue I experienced regarding noise from a nearby property. It was a positive stay overall for me.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this place! It made us feel right at home and provided a clean, cozy, and safe spot to rest after a few full days of events. We especially enjoyed that we were able to cook most of our meals in the kitchen and eat at the spacious dining room table. The patio furniture on the back deck was an added bonus along with the fenced in yard that made it a great place to bring our dog. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Lots to do with teens! We had an great stay with lots of room to spread out and enjoy the games both indoors and out.

we had a great stay. the house looks just like the pictures and it's super cute. comfy beds, powerful air conditioning, great amenities. we really appreciated the sound machine in the bedroom and being able to travel without a hair dryer was a huge bonus. the neighborhood was nice and quiet. we were centrally located and able to get around town easily in 15 min. we traveled with parents who can't easily do stairs and this single-level house was the perfect fit. thanks for a great stay!

Great spot if you want a fun urban feel. So many great restaurants in walking distance! The views out of the loft bedroom at night were beautiful. Hello, Marjorie is a must check out if you enjoy a unique cocktail experience. Highly recommend!!

Really liked the neighborhood and the back deck to relax on in the evening with a glass of wine . Cute kitchen and comfortable bed .

This stay in Waterbury was perfect! 9 minutes to downtown Des Moines and 6 minutes to Valley Junction. Photos were very accurate and the location was perfect. It’s was so cute! I would say it even looked better than the photos. One of the railings going up the outside stairs is pretty wobbly. Easy fix though! The place was clean and had anything we would need during our stay. Awesome place Eric! We would love to stay here again in the future!!!!

This is great place with a great view of downtown des moines! Very clean and easy to get to. Will definitely book again in the future.

Walking distance to Drake making it perfect for parents visiting for sporting events or for graduations.

Excellent Stay at Angela’s condominium— I would have loved to stay a few more days to explore all the area had to offer, but it was a quick stop on a long roadtrip. The shower and Steam room was an excellent touch. I would stay again without hesitation.

Very friendly host. The apartment has a lot of space, is very clean and easy to live in. When we come back we would love to rent this apartment again. Around the corner several good restaurants and a hyvee to get groceries.

Crystal clear instructions on how to get into the building and once you get in, it’s easier the next time. Had a small hiccup with parking, because of a race that had all the streets around the building closed, but Kyle gave us an alternative suggestion that worked out just fine. Everything was clean and exactly as described and shown. One of the most comfortable bed/pillow combos we’ve had!! Great location and walkable to everything we were in town for.

The condo was amazing. Well furnished and comfortable beds. Lots of room to spread out. The rooftop area was pretty. The only negatives are that there is no front door…the only entrance is a steep garage. I’m not sure I knew that. Also, the k cup part of the coffee station was not working and the garbage disposal isn’t working.

This place is the cats meow!! I the heart of downtown with great views, easily walkable to so many places you’ll want to go!! Clean, bright, well thought out decor, just sets this place apart from so many others!! Tons of activities, hot spots, excellent resultants, easily walkable!! Felt safe and secure!! Felt like home away from home!! We will be back!!

Great location, comfortable stay. Justin was very responsive and overall great host. Would recommend if you need to stay in or around downtown Des Moines.
