Our newly renovated cabins are located 10 minutes from downtown Natchitoches, LA on 30 acres of gated property on Bayou Pierre. It is quiet, secluded, and beautiful. Upstairs the cabin has a bedroom with a queen bed, a loft area with two twin bed, and also a living area, kitchen, and bathroom downstairs. Come relax on the back porch on the swing. Lovely home. Husband and son enjoyed fishing off dock even though they only caught a few small fish. Family and friends enjoyed the view during graduation celebration meal. Spacious and lived in feel. Very quiet area with short drive to local entertainment.

Our stay At Ruby’s Cottage was amazing! We enjoyed this quaint home away from home. Quiet and peaceful stay on Lake Vernon. My boys loved the dock for fishing. I loved the early morning sunrises with my coffee on the dock. We loved the beautiful flowers around the property. I could smell the scent of gardenias as soon as stepped out of my car. We will definitely stay at Ruby’s Cottage again!

Beautiful place with everything you need. This place was exactly what I needed for my 1 night stay to visit Fort Polk. Hotels in this area looked very sketchy, so when I came a cross this modern/simplistic place I knew it was for me! I felt like I could live there. The trains are very close and pass by all day/night long. I luckily came prepared with some noise cancelling items and was able to sleep just fine. Highly recommend this place for anyone in the area.
