While this is a duplex all that is shared is the garages and parking. so you don't hear the neighbors if their TV is turned up to high. Inside you will find a nice fully furnished house that sleeps 7. one King bed with Privat bathroom one Queen bed One Bunk bed with Double bed on the bottom and single bed up top.

This vintage resort- the bubblegum cottage- was so cute! Lots of cute niche vintage things around the property and the views were incredible. Super close to Royal gorge and a few restaurants that were fun nearby. Bathrooms/showers not in the cottage but very close (as was explained in the listing.) had a little fridge/ microwave and a standing a/c that cooled the place efficiently and quickly! we would absolutely come back again! Dirk was very responsive
