Monthly Rentals in Coaticook Regional County Municipality

We were a group of 10 mountain bikers in their 40’s looking for a central spot to coaticook and sherbrooke. What I loved about this place: - nice big shed/garage where we could store our bikes - large kitchen with island where we could hang and chat with coffees in hand - Large nice bathrooms - The Wood restaurant 3 min away for breakfeast and dinner in Compton - big porch overlooking a massive front lawn and field. The place is as expected as an old charming building with crooked floors and massive wood trims. Host was nice and responsive.

Loved the location just across from the park. Easy to walk around and such a cute little village.

Lee was a great host! The property is just as described and perfect for our stay.

pleasant living environment, animals and birds will come to visit you the dwelling is quite far from the city so the telephony and store access is more complicated. The house is well equipped and easy to heat you will be very good there thank you again for this pleasant stay
