The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is a great host. We hope to return soon.

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

Internal space, as per flawless listing, kitchen and bathroom, we very much like the accommodations/facilities, host has given clear information and we thank you from heart for the accommodation, we love to have stayed in the apt !!

I really liked the place, very good structure and organized. Excellent breakfast with options for those who eat or do not eat dairy products, which helped me a lot because I am allergic. Great market inside the space, pool and the beach in front is very private. I recommend it

A sweetheart! As for the property: it was like being at home. Completest and very clean. We enjoyed the structure a lot and did not want to leave rs. Sven was very attentive from the moment I made the reservation, being proactive in helping with the flexibility of the check-in. The view really matches the pictures, the place is very private, with a balcony and barbecue where we played dominoes at night and enjoyed the view, we liked it a lot and we intend to return!

We loved our stay at Antônio's house, the house is exactly as in the photos, truly clean, organized, equipped and very tasteful. House in a safe, quiet and well located place. We needed Antônio's support with the water filter and the shower resistance and he promptly helped us and solved the problem. Super commendate staff.

We loved staying at this beach house! The whole area was super clean and tidy, which made our experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. The house had everything we needed — and even more —, super comfortable and practical. The location is amazing, about 10-15min walk to the beach. We certainly want to go back and we indicate with closed eyes to those looking for a well-kept and cozy place to rest.

Refuge is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you normally only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, the bedrooms, the whole surroundings. I hope to return soon.

My family and I loved the weekend we spent at Rogério's house, it was simply amazing!! The peace and quiet that the house transmits was exactly what we were looking for, the beach that is close to the condominium (Mococa beach) is beautiful and the sea is calm! I intend to return more often, for sure.

Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

We loved our stay in the condo! The house is super spacious, very bright and well equipped. The condominium is very beautiful and close to the beach. We were very well received and treated by Thiago, the person responsible for taking care of the place. In addition, Dalva, extremely helpful, was always on hand for any questions we had, making our arrival and stay peaceful! We are definitely thinking of returning on our next visit to Ubatuba.
