This is a off-grid tiny house We are under construction right now so we may have construction materials around for most of 2025 fyi.. please understand before you book! There will be NO construction noise for your visit Beautiful star gazing There is plenty firewood for all guests. Being off grid, we must save power and water at night almost unlimited power in the daytime Hot water shower in daytime only (7am-7pm) due to solar power use. No exceptions. Towels are NOT provided.

Quiet safe neighborhood in the heart of the Verde Valley. Dog friendly, but see house rules for requirements. It is the lower level of my home and is a separate, private area with it's own entrance. My home is listed for a max of 2 adult guests. Very spacious inside and outside. 17 miles to Sedona, 11 Jerome 3 mile from Old Town Cottonwood which has great restaurants, 5 wine tasting rooms antique shops and boutiques I do live here and take great care of my home.
