Sei pronto a vivere un’esperienza unica all’interno di un bosco ma con tutti i comfort ? A pochi chilometri dalle Terme di Salice, all’ interno di una riserva naturale , si trova Villa Allegra. Questo è il primo dei due appartamenti che possono essere affittati singolarmente o occupando la totalità della villa. L’appartamento di circa 65 m² ospita tre adulti o due adulti e due bambini nel divano letto. Wi-Fi, televisori aria condizionata, caminetto, e soprattutto un’aria esterna incredibile.

LA CASA NEL BOSCO

La Casa nel Bosco si addice a chi ricerca natura, relax e silenzio. Immersa nel verde dei tipici uliveti e delle colline liguri, la casa si raggiunge con una passeggiata di circa 200 metri (consigliamo quindi di portare con sé bagagli leggeri) e, oltre al comfort di una casa indipendente, potrete usufruire degli spazi esterni attrezzati per il vostro benessere. Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Casa Rosa: comfort, peace and spectacular views

A large living room perfectly furnished. Two comfortable bedrooms. A large covered panoramic terrace where you can dine. A lovely house in a private village dating back to 1200, with a large garden, orchard, organic vegetable garden and a panoramic swimming pool open to guests. All around, an estate of 114 acres of meadows and woods . To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

Casera Gottardo

Casera Gottardo is a creative project that incorporates past and present. The casere were the deposits for the maturing of cheeses in the 1800s. Today it is a place where light and materials intertwine in a space that soothes those who spend time inside. The house is located a few minutes walk from the Naviglio Grande, the Darsena, Tortona area, etc., 10 minutes walk from the green metro (Porta Genova stop) 20 minutes walk from the Duomo, while remaining in a closed and silent street.

Independent house surrounded by greenery and vineyards of Colle Manora Estate. On two floors: ground floor with living room, garden access, kitchen, and dining area. Upstairs spacious bathroom with 2 sinks and large shower, double bedroom, and room with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double. Outside, a porch with table and chairs for al fresco dining, private garden with vineyard views, and exclusive outdoor jacuzzi with relax area (open from April 1st to September 30th).

Siamo un bed and breakfast a 4 km dal centro storico di Pavia, il nostro desiderio è che gli ospiti possano vivere liberamente la casa, e non solo le camere, per godere dell'atmosfera, dei colori, della pace e del silenzio. Il nostro bed and breakfast è composto da due camere matrimoniali, a cui si accede da un suggestivo corridoio, e un bilocale con accesso indipendente dal giardino. La casa è a disposizione, con anche portico e giardino, ma non l'uso della cucina principale

Náš dům leží v centru středověkého městečka Tagliolo Monferrato obklopeného vinicemi a horami. K ligurijské riviéře se dostanete autem za 30 minut. Pro milovníky vína je na dojezd známá oblast Barolo & Langhe. Do starého přístavu Janov (Genova) cesta autem trvá zhruba 50 minut. Každé ráno můžete posnídat v místním baru a nasát pravou italskou atmosféru s cappucinem a croissantem. (20m od baráku) Parkování zdarma u baráku na ulici a nebo v blízkosti na parkovišti.

Borgo Sfogliata - casa del Nonno - Mornico Losana

Si tratta di un' antica costruzione risalente alla fine del 1.800, completamente ristrutturata in ogni sua parte, rispettando la struttura dell'epoca, appena ultimata. La camera da letto, con travi a vista e' molto suggestiva, ha un balcone che permette una vista spettacolare sulla pianura da un lato e le colline dall'altra. Nel soggiorno e' rimasto il camino a legna dell'epoca e nella attigua legnaia si trovano i legni da ardere.
