Nice Little House near the sea

Hi, We were in Cogoleto before Pentecost and thus before the onslaught of tourists. The place is located between Genoa and Savona, both of which can be reached by train for less than five euros in less than an hour. The coastal towns can be reached by car via the SS1. However, it is recommended to leave the car and explore the quaint inner cities. The beaches are rocky to coarse sandy. If you want sand, you have to go further west (e.g. Albisola). A highlight of our stay was the grilled beef at Terraefuoco in Arenzano, under the very sea-heavy menu. The visit to the fortress in Savona was also very interesting. The well-equipped apartment is noisy, but the neighbors are not loud. When the windows are closed, nothing can be heard of the cackling concert from the neighboring property, the railway line and the highway.

The location is perfect: a stone's throw from the sea and the center of Cogoleto. Raffaella is a fantastic host, always available and super responsive. Highly recommended accommodation!

We were there as a family of four, unfortunately only 3 nights, it was great there. We were all very comfortable. Giulia is a super great hostess. It was super easy, was helpful when we asked for restaurants, for example, easier and more flexible check in and check out. We would very gladly come back anytime.

The pride of the accommodation lies in the enchanting view it offers, unique as few in the area. The studio apartment has a kitchen in excellent condition and equipped with the necessary, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine with pods, comfortable sofa bed, TV with services. Very clean with a good level of general comfort. Please note, however, that the reserved parking space is located at the level of the SS Aurelia. The apartment, on the other hand, is subject to several tens of meters of height difference. It should be noted that there will be a good number of steps to tackle. The descent by car is possible, but the road, due to its size and winding nature, requires special attention and skill. Giancarlo is an affable, understanding, and helpful person, like few of the hosts I have met so far. It will make you feel at home and pampered. I'll definitely be back soon!

Very kind host and super attentive to the needs of his guests. In our case, we had a newborn and everything was necessary for him! The apartment is 2 steps from the sea, and the view from the rooms is very nice. Recommended!
