It feels like you're on the bow of a boat. The apartment is a 50-meter walk to Gigaro Beach and 100 meters to Cap Lardier Nature Reserve. It has a loft configuration. The bedroom can be opened to the living room and see the sea while lying in bed!!

Access to the estate's swimming pool as well as tennis courts (free, upon reservation). Gigaro Beach is a 5-minute drive or a 10 bike ride! Quick walking access to Cap Lardier trails (bike and walking trails). Access to the house is via steps in railway crossings.

350 m from the beach in a superb residence (Res. Baie de Valmer). The estate is equipped with a large 25 m x 15 m swimming pool with deckchairs, as well as 3 tennis courts (both 300 meters from the studios) and petanque courts. Parking, private garden with garden furniture, very well equipped. Completely redone in 2020. Rated 2* by the tourist office.
