Located on its private property of 2 hectares , it is ideal for a quiet and free stay for all your distractions. Your igloos, snowmen, toboggan runs and other development projects will decorate an already magical winter decor naturally. The other seasons, rich in colors of flowers ; lulled by the song of birds, the murmur of a stream awaits your admiration. Our cottage is a solid and spacious nest witness of a know-how sometimes forgotten. Numerous sheltered terraces and balconies (100m²) allow an outdoor life even in bad weather. A plank frame more than 200 years old testifies to the solidity of the construction. Sometimes low openings invite daily exercise beneficial to a good physical condition and prove the energy management concern already present at this time. This nest rich in history,we have filled it with some of today's delights: low-temperature heated floor, WiFi, intranet, internet, low-consumption lighting, satellite TV and TNT… A small mazot, located a few meters from the chalet

The "La Bergerie de mon Père" cottage is the former family sheepfold renovated by us in 2020. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains for this 100 m² independent cottage with terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms. Great amenities, atmosphere mixing wood and modernity. Apartment at 1500 m, magnificent view of the mountains. Ski at the bottom of the building directly at the Manigod resort (La Clusaz ski area). Merdassier snow front is lively during the winter with night skiing on weekends and holidays. In summer you can enjoy walks, an outdoor swimming pool (July/August, €4 and €2 per day) playgrounds (tennis/ping pong/swings). Shops and rentals (ski/mountain bike) in season downstairs from the building.
